Valerie is hands down the best loan officer my husband and I have ever had. She is the only loan officer we will ever want to work with. Valerie was able to answer any and all of our questions. Absolutely amazing!! I was starting to regret wanting to buy a house when I started searching. It was so complicated and I had no idea what I was doing. My husband and I were beside ourselves when Valerie literally came to the rescue! She helped me find everything I needed, was there to answer the phone whenever I needed and always texted me back quickly which was important as I'm a hair stylist so I don't get a lot of time!
