If I could give 0 stars I would. The woman answering phone calls has an attitude, gets snappy with you for asking questions and is thoroughly unhelpful. She has no place in customer service, she is rude and unpleasant. She clearly doesn’t know how to refrain from taking out her bad day on her customers and must want to make everyone feel as miserable as she must be.

I really wish none of my mail would go to this post office. They are always so late with deliveries. My zip code is literally 23111 and there is a post office there. why tf would it come to this location. It's so stupid

I moved to the Bell Creek subdivision on December 3 2024 . I went to the Haover post office showed the clerk proof of my new address and as of today 1/27/25 informed delivery says certain important peices of mail is coming and it never comes . I do receive everyone's else mail except my family's mail. This post office is beyond horrible.

Local post office has delivery issues. Intermittent delivery in my subdivision, missing one or two days of delivery every so often. Difficult to reach Post Master to inquire about issues.

My September 3rd visit was very good. I had excellent help with my international package. The friendliest employee, I think his name was Alan, made the visit most enjoyable.

The front desk is very disrespectful. The customer service here is one of the worst! Management needs to make changes , or they will need new management. The 3 lady’s eyes were red and smelled like weed.

Christmas stamps sold out in October. Drive-thru box closed since before Christmas, and it’s now June. Double-lame.

Keeps just leaving a missed delivery slip for any package that needs a signature, even while Im waiting at the door they just put the slip into the mailbox and leave.

I don't live in this area, but I do go to this post office quite often. I have to say that everyone that I've encountered at this location has been very kind and courteous. And I haven't had to wait long.

The mail personnel constantly delivers our mail to our neighbors. Their delivery times fluctuates wildly. I use informed mail but yet the mail doesn't match what's in informed mail on a daily basis.

Every Tuesday we have a substitute mail driver cause our regular driver is off , so on every other Tuesday we never receive mail ,none cause substitute can’t deliver in timely manner !

The old lady that works here needs to retire. Quickly. She’s completely rude, unhelpful and dismissive. My dad worked for the Postal Service for 32 years and retired as a Postmaster. If he’d been with me, he would have ripped her a new one.
