Don't have enough people working and it makes line times very long, employees aren't the problem just not enough of them

They need to have lobby hours. There are some things that just can't be handled via drive thru or 9ver a phone.

Associates are friendly and helpful for sure. But next level up in corporation other than a branch can be hurried and rude at times. But again all at branches are good
