I’ve been a customer of Sassie Deluxe on & off for over 10 years! I have never been treated poorly until this past Sunday with Vickie, not only was she rude but also felt entitled to charge me whatever she wanted regardless of the posted prices. When I confronted her, she said to go see someone else. I’ve had same services done with Angela, Samantha, Megan, Bow, Jayden and a few others over the years…I have always been happy with the work and respected. If you’re looking for a Tip, Vickie, here it is - BE A BETTER PERSON or retire, getting grouchy & bitter in your old age. Richard is a class act, always pleasant with a smile, thank you for trying to diffuse the situation!

A fill is $45 on their menu and I was charged $80. My nails were filed with a really high grit board that dug into my skin, and now my fingers are really raw and sore. I had to go home and reshape/fix my nails which is frustrating after paying $80 and tipping. The people who work there are seem to be very sweet, but for the quality of the service I received, I don't plan on going back.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!! Front desk manager was extremely rude and told me to go to another nail shop as I asked him about pricing. I was kind and showing him
Pictures of what I was interested in. They have no pamphlets so he kept giving me different prices that contradicted his previous statements based on whatever he felt in the moment. I was in shock of how he treated me as a potential customer and I will never return! Don’t go here unless you wanted to be jipped on pricing and have costs added for literally just breathing!!!! They’re all about the money here and not about real customer experience.

Just disappointed that I paid $50 for a gel pedicure and didn't receive a scrub or massage on my feet. I timed it and the entire process was 21 minutes. Thats crazy for $50!

I always stop in here when I'm in the area. I have loved their service since before I moved away to the Tidewater area in 2015. They always do a good job with attention to detail.

i came here after my original nail salon gave me issues and hollie was nothing short of amazing! i came for a fill and immediately felt welcomed, this trip to the nail salon ended up being the best my nails have looked in awhile! sassie deluxe is definitely my new go to place.

I went to them and they did a ok job on my nails but the price was misleading they charge me 65 dollars for a pedicure and 85 dollars for my nails that’s crazy not knowing and then tell you wants you pay

Love this salon! Beautiful and spacious and very clean! Highly recommend. The manager and the nail techs are all very nice and do excellent work.

Angela was my technician and did a FABULOUS job. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she took her time to make it look as close as possible. Her talent and kindness leave me very impressed.
