I have been going here on and off for several years. My haircut always comes out good and I know I don't have to worry about it. My only complaint is that it is $37 (+tip) for a basic wash and cut (no layers, frame, etc.) without styling. I end up paying $45 for a 20 minute process and that seems excessive to me

Highlight and cut-Color came out beautifully. Haircut...not so much. My left side was approximately 1 1/2 inches longer than the other side, layers were not blended. I looked like I had steps in the back of my head. Also I had to put my hair up bc my hair was not styled in the end. No flat ironed used etc. she recommended a hair treatment, never was done, she recommended a hair product and she pulled the wrong product.Called to voice my concern and they offered no resolution. I spent $350+ dollars for haircuttery service. Would not return.Service: Hairstyling

I recently got married and chose Salon VIP to do hair and makeup for me and my bridesmaids. Nida was absolutely amazing and made my vision come to life! Loved my visit to this establishment! Mckenzie( I apologize if i misspell your name! ) was fabulous, and took time to make sure that I knew what I was asking for and did a bang up job with my hair cut/dye while being super friendly and chatting with me. I saw Bianca today for the first time. She was so sweet. I really needed help fixing my dyed blonde hair and she nailed it! She did exactly what I asked for and I couldn’t be happier. We are new to the area, so I looked online for a salon. I picked Salon VIP.My daughter has natural beautiful red hair and her and her friends decided to put a box dye on it. And it didn't look bad but it wasn't great. And of course those things never come out how you think they're going to.So I made an appointment at the salon and she had an appointment with Bianca, and we had an amazing experience from the moment we walked in the door. Everyone was super nice and friendly,They took the time to speak with you and talk to you about what you wanted and what they were doing. And the service was amazing and her hair turned out gorgeous. She did a deep darker burgundy, Bianca took Madison outside in the sunlight to see the full effect it was just amazing.Madison is so happy with her hair !!!does not just look good anymore it looks amazing. Hands down I would recommend Bianca and the VIP Salon. And yes we will be going back.Services: Balayage

My friend came home with ORANGE HAIR and I had to send her to my stylist because it was soooo bad. She asked for a partial hi light and got two orange pieces in the front and that was it.we came back to explain why we were upset and they had nothing to say at all and have no intentions for the customer wants.I do not recommend going herServices: Balayage
