My mom had her nails done by Trinnie today. She listened to what my mom wanted, my mom is extremely happy with her nails. She even rubbed lotion on her hands and put a hot towel on her hands! I highly recommend Trinnie, she was super welcoming and kind to us.
The place was very clean as well, which me and my mom have problems finding clean places. This one is our favorite place now, as it’s clean and has a very inviting atmosphere!

Have been getting my nails done by trinnie for about 3 years now and she is the only one I go to she also waxes my eyebrows so she is amazing at what she does and her prices are reasonable

Scheduled appointment with Trinnie, arrived and passed off to Henry for my pedicure. AWFUL experience! Terrible job was done. Looks like it was his first pedicure. Left me to sit and went to work on someone else. Came back after only after they noticed I had been forgotten. Then passed to Trinnie for my dip... Dip isn't hard. Unless you're careless and trying to work on 3 ppl at once. My dip doesn't cover the sides of my nails. The shape is wrong. And the wave in my nails is absurd. And then i was charged $80 for the $65 pedicure I selected. The place was clean. But it ended there. Have already scheduled an appt with a place 45 minutes away to fix their mess. Wanted to love them. Especially being so close to home. But that's not happening now.

I had the worst experience at this place today. Called ahead and made an appointment. When I got there, everyone seem confused. Explain to the lady exactly what I wanted. Of course she speaks her language to other people in the shop. Someone starts on my nails, and having multiple conversation switches out with someone else. The incompetent person that they had no idea what he was doing. My nails were looking like crap and I had to keep stopping in the middle and having the lady. I just said I will wait for one of the owners to do my nails. It was such a terrible experience. While I was complaining, another lady stated that she had the same issue one time before. I was almost in the shop for two hours. That is ridiculous as I look over my nails they don’t even look like I spent $51. And they charge you an extra dollar for using your credit card. They do not even tell you that they’re doing that. It just appears. Where are all of the American owned nail salons?
Specialties: Nothing special at all.
Cleanliness: The shop was somewhat clean

I personally do not like this place .They say we can take you now but do not start for another 2 hours this place trys to be friendly but asks personal questions that I do not feel comfortabal answering Mu pedicures chip in a week. Would not recommend.

My first time coming here and I'm in ❤️..I've gotten my nails done for at least 15 years and this shop is BY FAR THE BEST ..The friendly atmosphere and how it was set up 5 ?..Will definitely be going back that is my new shop ..
Requested style: So many to choose from it's crazy. Some I've never seen before and I've been getting my nails done for 15 years

Trinee & Joyce are wonderful & do EXCELLENT work. Today was my first time trying dip-style nails & they turned out beautifully. This place has super friendly staff in a non-crowded peaceful environment & they always make time to see me. Til next time friends. -Tiny Tina

love their pedicure services but when it comes to the nails and you show a photo my person just didn't quite get it right. i asked for acrylic and they gave me nail dip. i asked for duck nail it wont eva ducking . but in all the service was cool just wish the technicians would listen better

The shop is clean, and for the most part the people are friendly. Especially the guy Key. However, his wife Trinnie, the shops owner, is rude, disrespectful, and aggressive. She does not take kindly to you having an issue or concern. She intentionally overcharges certain customers. And if she is doing your nails, she continuously stop to answer phone and help other people, as if no one else in there is capable. So what may supposed to be an hour appointment, turns into over two hours.
