Ja'el was super fast with getting us checked out! We used the storage for a few months cause we're otr drivers. Our stuff was kept clean and didn't have any weird smell when we came back to get it. I'd strongly recommend this storage place they have great indoor and outdoor storage. And Ja'el thank you again so much beautiful ?

I love MyStorage Hanover! All the staff are so friendly and helpful, especially Jael. They take their time with you. The facility is so clean and well run. I have no concerns about storing my things there which is very reassuring. Awesome place!

Ja'el & Elise are such wonderful and helpful staff that I am so thankful have been there to work with at MyStorage Centers. They have been so accommodating and helpful and willing to do anything that needed to be done to meet my needs! They are always working hard and with smiles on their faces!

I highly recommend the Mechanicsville MyStorage. A man named Chris who works there is incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful. With my unique situation, they were able to accommodate what kind of storage needs while I am in the process of moving to a new home. The place is always clean, the inside storage units are well air conditioned, and they have a large elevator and several carts for pushing around your belongings.

During my recent visit to this location, I accompanied a friend who needed to dispose of some items.
I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness, excellent lighting, and spacious doorways that facilitated easy movement of large items. The availability of elevators throughout the storage facility made accessing different floors effortless.

The temperature control was well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable environment. They provide a wide array of flatbeds and dollies, which are invaluable for moving furniture and mattresses safely. Overall, based on my experience, I would highly recommend this storage facility, despite not having information about pricing.

Quick easy. Filled stuff out online and Chris helped me get things straightened out in about 10-15 minutes. Very friendly staff! Close to home and convenient:)

Have been a client here for a couple years now and Jael and Sarah are always so nice and helpful whenever I need anything. I even left something outside of my unit once that was very important to me and they saved it for me without even knowing what they were or how important they were to me. This site is awesome!

I am renting this unit through my company and the staff is fantastic! Units are always being cleaned in the common areas. I have now decided to get my own unit for personal use. Jael Martin is so helpful anytime I need anything!
