“The associate JoAnn who works in customer service at the Mechanicsville store was so helpful with a pair of Crocs that I wanted. She went above and beyond explaining the Kohls cash that I received on my total purchase. Even though there were other people in line she took her time with me as the customer. I am wearing my Crocs.
