Really upset with Zack! I contacted him on Saturday to make an appointment for 3p.m that day. He said he would send a confirmation text. Never received it. After a few calls and a message he finally called back will an excuse he was out of town and that his brother was supposed to send me a confirmation text. He went on to say he messed up and gave his brother the wrong number. We arranged to meet the next day(Sunday) he sent the confirmation text I confirmed. I waited for a half hour calling and texting Zack who never responded. Sad to say I will not be buying any mattresses now or in the future from Zack. Because he is a liar. I would never refer anybody to him

Great price and same day delivery! I would recommend Zach to anyone. My mattress is so comfortable. Never slept so good in my life.

I live in Georgia and needed a mattress set in 3 days. After being told by another company it would take 2-4 weeks, I did some shopping and not only did they have a set they delivered it next day. Customer service is spot on!!!!

Excellent customer service.. very kind and professional. Process was quick and easy. Zach was very knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process and even delivered our mattress the very same day… even carried it up the steps for us. Excellent business, superb service!

I was able to get same day delivery on the mattress I wanted. Zach showed me the different mattress types in the store and explained thoroughly how the mattresses were made and the cost comparison on each. Once checked out, he delivered within an hour like he said he would. Excellent service!

Customer service is great, he explains everything to you right then & there no sugar coded or anything. Okay everything is legit. I’m so excited I got the bed that I’ve beed looking for! He even lets you roll down the line of different beds to see which one you really like. He’s very cool, from Richmond, Virginia no scams! Come down & get the mattress you’ve been looking for! I all ready love it. Its so comfortable. I had gotten a mattress at rent a center. Supposed to be pillow top. Wasn't!!! It was so uncomfortable. I'm so glad I found this place on Facebook. Within a couple hours I had a beautiful very comfortable mattress. Sending the other one back....
