Would go -10 but it doesn't go that far. Bought a 2020 Honda CVR. Had all the dash broad light lit up rough running. in June 2023 Toke to a shop, and they a say fuel interjector. need a special tool to get them. So, take it to Mechanicsville Honda They say high-pressure fuel pump. 1800 dollars later. They say fix. One month later all dashboards lit up again. This time they say fuel injectors. Want 1900 to fix. Be they don't have the injectors. All are on backorder. Might be weeks to get them.NO help with the price, NO loaner car while the car is in the shop. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I came to Mechanicsville Honda a week ago, looking to buy my first "big girl" car. Palmer showed me a few options and listened to all of my concerns. He went above and beyond, working hard to get me into a reliable vehicle! Even now, he is still helpful when it comes to questions or concerns that have arisen within the past week.I will definitely recommend this location, and Palmer, to family and friends in the future :)

Doug helped me get in a car that was affordable and reasonable! There was no pressure on anything. The team was nice as well! Greeted by several people walking in. Doug was a fantastic help!

They did my car inspection and it was rejected. As a result, they ordered the parts I needed to repair my car. Returned the car for service to get everything repaired so it could pass inspection. I was informed the car was repaired and ready to be picked up. But actually it wasn't because the inspection wasn't done nor the additional repairs. Truly disappointed because it's Christmas in a few days in which i had planned to travel. Nevertheless I have been without my Honda for 4 weeks due to waiting for the part to come in. This has never happened before with the dealership neglecting to complete all repairs. Now I am in limbo because I don't know when they can fix it and it wasn't made a priority to get it repaired to show good faith or resolve an error they did/overlooked . Truly disappointed in the delay and staff being unapologetic about their error

10/28/21: We took my daughter's car here for the first time to get her state inspection. We scheduled our appointment online & they had plenty of availability unlike a few of their competitors in the area. We got there and were checked in immediately. During the inspection, several maintenance items were suggested to be done. She did it & they were nice enough to give her a few discounts on service. She spent more than she wanted to, but they were nice. The waiting area was spacious & clean. They don't offer complimentary snacks like I'm used to though & they didn't have much to choose from that day in their snack machine. You get kind of hungry waiting hours for car repairs. They need to look into offering snacks. All in all, it was a great visit. I'm sure we will be back.

If you want to go buy a car without experiencing the usual car dealership stress ...this is the place! No pushing and very relaxed vibes. My salesman, Chris, was amazing. The staff and service people are awesome too. We will be buying all our cars in the future from them. Thank you for making me a very happy customer!

My family and I had a wonderful car buying experience with Doug Talley. He helped to make our car buying experience a smooth transaction. I have to admit, I think he is the only car salesman that I've actually enjoyed talking with. Most are pushy and just want you to buy whatever to get the deal. I didn't feel like that at all while at Mechanicsville Honda. Everyone was polite and seemed ready to help. We love our Mini, we already have 2 Honda's at home!!

This is my first time here. I came in for car service based on the reviews. The staff did their job as expected but no one smiled. Outside of the service area, people were anxious to help and readily speaking with their commission breath. I want to say that I was approached by five different sales people. The estimated wait time they gave me over the phone and in person were spot on. The part had to be ordered which means that I have to come back the next day. The downside is that they don't offer loaner cars when your car is being serviced. I removed one star for that and probably should have removed two stars. Based on the fact when you're in for in warranty service and there's no loaner car program, I wouldn't purchase a vehicle here or recommend buying here unless you have another vehicle sitting at home or want to spend money renting a vehicle here for $35/day.

My wife brought her 2017 Odyssey in for regular service and while there, decided to see if she could trade in for a newer model for a payment amount close to her current payment. She worked with Bob Lane and negotiated a deal that got her what she wanted. I came in later in the day after the numbers had been crunched and was very pleased with Bob's professionalism, manners, knowledge, and humor. We would both not hesitate to business with Bob again!

Salesman Doug Talley worked with us to find a good used vehicle within our price range. Definitely a better car shopping experience than I expected. I recommend both the dealership and Doug.
