We’re here to help! Customer experiences at Lowe’s vary. The staff, including the assistant manager and department employees, are often helpful and dedicated to solving problems, such as locating hard-to-find plumbing parts or providing useful advice. Some customers have received great service, with employees approaching them to offer assistance and making their shopping easier. Lowe’s also offers installation services for storm doors and sliding doors, which many customers found to be very good. However, there are some issues. There is a lack of help on the sales floor, making it difficult to find employees for questions. This sometimes results in incorrect stock on shelves, requiring customers to recheck products. Additionally, some staff members, like those in the paint department, may not have extensive knowledge. Overall, Lowe’s provides helpful service, but staffing and stock management can sometimes be inconsistent.
It’s a Lowe’s. Not many issues but the fact there is only 2 live cashiers during busy times and some of the self checkouts were down for the moment.

Returns are easy but there is no help on the floor. You can't find a salesperson to ask a question. They just don't have enough employees and they are spread very thin. That shows up in the stock on the shelf which always has the wrong product in the wrong bin. You just have to recheck everything.
