Decided to visit this location today. Got there about before they opened so I was the 1st customer of the day. Walked in and saw 2 associates at the front. Waited for the wonderful welcome greeting... it never came. Im now 15 steps in...still waiting. An associate walked by me to put something on the rack. I asked...umm you work here. She said "yes".... lol still no greeting. I walked out. Do Better

I walked in to no greeting at all. I browsed the bra section for at least ten minutes all the while glancing at the front waiting for assistance of any kind. The two ladies stayed behind the counter the entire time and talked amongst each other. Then a customer or fair complexion came in after I had been browsing for fifteen minutes and was greeted and talked to like a friend. I decided to head up front to brows more and still no acknowledgment, and still they continued to chat. I walked to counter paid for my purchase and left. I'm a manager at a high end retailer and if any of my associates had done that to a guest they wouldn't for much longer.
