If I could leave negative stars I would. They are so mean and emotionally abusive to elderly people I wanted to cry for them. My phlebotomist was so rude I didn't want her to touch me. She'll stab you to make it hurt because she's unhappy. Quit lady. You all are in the wrong profession. This place needs to be shut down.

I love this place! They are good humored and friendly, but even better is their ‘bedside’ manner. They are so sweet to the patients!

So, my entire adult life, I’ve always asked nurses, techs, phlebotomists etc before blood draws “could you please do a count, 123 or 321 before you poke me?” And it has NEVER EVER been a problem! On 10/24, I went to LabCorp off Meadowbridge for some blood work, and I asked my LabCorp tech, Le’Roia Robinson that same request. She paused for a SECOND and was like “yeah sure, you won’t pass out or anything right?” And I was like no of course not! just eases my mind. So she said oh okay, tied my tourniquet, and said okay you ready? I said yes and she said okay, barely finished saying “one” and stuck me. It TOOK my breath away y’all, and threw me into a crazy panic attack. I just stared at her, stunned, and she said “yeah sorry bout it. Last time someone asked me to count he jerked his arm and I almost poked myself so naw, not happening” and that was it. I walked out, then walked back in and asked for her name. She said Le’Roia, and when I asked for last name so I could report to her supervisors, she said “there ain’t no other Le’Roia” as she was walking away just with the nastiest attitude. To me, that is so crazy unprofessional and rude, to lie to a patient about sticking a needle in their arm, especially one who is of sound mind and just basically said “hey this makes me uneasy, could you help me mentally prepare?” Makes me want to dip into the question of consent/nonconsent and I’ve contacted a few people about it. But definitely rude, nasty, unprofessional, terrible “bedside” mannerism from someone in healthcare to just lie to someone like that. She could’ve told me upfront she doesn’t like doing counts, or found me another tech who WOULDVE.Two stars instead of 1 because the lady at the front desk is always extremely kind to me.

I would highly recommend… you DO NOT go to this facility , the ladies were very rude and I came a couple minutes before my appointment, my appointment was at 4:00 I didn’t go back there until almost 4:20 and multiple people went before me . Also they were training someone while people are coming in which is very unprofessional when people are waiting to be seen . One of the ladies in the back couldn’t find any of my veins literally another woman had to do it because the First Lady was acting like she didn’t know what was going on. The lady who proceeded sticks my arm hard as hell. Do not go to this place or take your children it’s very unprofessional and staff are rude.

I have been getting labs drawn here every 3 months for several years. Staff is always friendly and efficient. I have never had to wait long. They always get me on the first stick and my veins roll. Very pleased with this location.

Front desk doesn't know what customer service is and not well trained in their job. Very Rude and lacks knowledge of the job.

This location is listed on LabCorp's website as a location that specializes in Pediatric Collections. per LabCorp's website "Laboratory testing for children is a special service, which requires a special expertise. LabCorp offers patient service centers (PSC) staffed by phlebotomists who specialize in performing pediatric collections on children aged 12 and under." there are supposed to be special procedures, numbing cream, etc. to minimize pain and trauma in young kids. this location DOES NOT specialize in pediatric collections. I could not reschedule due to the urgency of getting these results. There were no pain reducing methods, no distraction methods, nothing. simply me holding my 2 year old daughter down tight so they could collect the sample. the first try didn't work, so my daughter was stuck 2 times. and bruised as well. IM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. I take my daughters comfort level VERY serious and this is absurd to have it listed like there's some "special care/procedure" when there is NOTHING. not even a person who specializes in this type of collection. the women there did the best they could and were friendly, however this is NOT ACCEPTABLE. LabCorp needs to update their websites asap! additionally, LabCorp's website suggests to schedule an appointment to reduce waiting times when you have a young child, so we did. I watched every single person in the waiting room go before us. We were treated like a walk in appointment.Very disappointed in the misinformation LabCorp provided on their services/locations.

Absolutely disgusting customer interaction by my nurse today. I have an anxiety disorder, and explained that i have a very strong vasovagal response to blood draws in my arm. My whole life I have requested blood be drawn from the back of my hand (including at this location multiple times) and it has never been a problem. My nurse today nearly refused to let me sit in the chair specifically there to help with vasovagal responses, and I explained my situation politely, clearly, and briefly. She rudely repeated herself at least 4 times that doing it in the back of my hand wasn't a goood idea and that it would be worse, and I explained that i knew the difference and this method had always helped me. After I wouldn't budge (because i CANT) She rolled her eyes at me and all niceties were out the window. She stopped talking to me, roughly grabbed my arm, violently ties the tourniquet, roughly swabbed me and I was honestly the most anxious I have been in a long time over a blood draw. This is something I have worked on for my entire life to get better at, despite it being outside of my control, and she completely dismissed me. FORTUNATELY despite her complete lack of empathy or people skills, she was skilled at finding a vein painlessly and quickly. And despite her insisting that it would hurt worse and take longer, I felt nothing, and was done in <30 seconds.I apologized for being a bother, and thanked her for her skills and patientce (despite the experience) and she snapped at me that she knows better because she 'went to school for this', and then proceeded to ignore me completely despite me being 6" behind her in the chair. At no point did she ask if I was feeling any symptoms, light headed, nauseous, cold- and i had to ask if i was just allowed to go? She didn't even turn around to look at me getting up.It's extremely fortunate that I DIDNT have a medical reaction today because I would have ended up seriously injured.Just absolutely negligent and despicable treatment that should not be coming from a person who potentially has people's lives in their hands.

What’s the F—in’ point in making an appointment when there’s not enough staff to get the 10 people waiting in on a timely manor. Schedule the appt times more reasonably apart, the staff you do have has no sense of urgency and take plenty of time to talk amongst themselves though. Go to the memorial regional hospital across the street. They are on the ball and get you in and out QUICKLY!!

When I arrived there was no instruction as to how to check in. Everyone seemed to assume patients knew to go to the kiosk. Even after signing in at the kiosk, no one was getting called up to the registration desk. People in the waiting area said they had made appointments on the Labcorp site, but they were still waiting 45 minutes after their appointment time. I waited for 30 minutes without being called up you submit paperwork and payment, so I left.

The staff here was amazing. They went well beyond to make sure that my daughter was able to get her Covid PCR test completed so she can go back to school. I appreciate all of them tremendously.

Just had blood taken here and it went great, I was in and out in literally under ten minutes, check in was done completely on a virtual prompter and the lady that took my blood did a great job, super quick and competent. The only trick for this location is that there is another labcorp office across the street so it can make directions/signs confusing- this office is inside the hospital- in Medical Office Building 1 to the first left
