First thing when they pick up the phone is "what's your phone number" Here at a dealership, we have 100 phone numbers. It's amazing that good companies everywhere are doing their best to make people feel like they are not just a number, and at KSI, they are doing their best to make customers feel like they ARE just another number. I couldn't ever order from them because they could not look up the account from the name of the business. Just unbelievable.

A really great network of aftermarket and CAPA certified car parts. Everything from Ford, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, heck they even got parts from last century lol.

Purchased parts from them back in 2021 and returned it a week after and they never refund the payment, when we call them no one is helpful, also return rate is 31%. Total scam.DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Missing Richmond Bumper bad. Constantly getting wrong parts. Parts never show up on time. Makes it very hard to set expectations with my customers. I’ve tried reaching some leadership over there multiple times, they are always in a “meeting”. They obviously don’t care that their customer service is deplorable. I’m literally having to tell my customers that I have no idea when their car will be ready, that the company we are ordering the part from sucks and can’t get their stuff together. No driver, no problem. I have staff. I’ll send someone to get it, nope. Can’t do that anymore either. Guess I’m just going to have to start using Amazon. I’d hate to do that. But what choice do I have. Nobody over there will talk to anyone about it. Plus it would be cheaper and faster at this point. Richmond bumper will be forever missed. Beware most of these reviews are for Richmond Bumper. They were a fantastic company. It is now KSI Auto parts. They are not.

This review was originally posted on the Fredericksburg location by accident, it was meant for this location (Richmond) 5 star service, very helpful & professional. I've dealt with many sales reps & Riefa is the best rep I've had in the past 2 years as a parts manager at Fairfax Collision Center. I won't deal with anyone else, period. My best advice to any parts people at bodyshops is to find the best rep @KSI (Riefa) and only order from them. She will get you the correct parts, and you'll have less returns. Not only that, she'll let you know is a part is on backorder or late.

service absolutely sucks and they can not get parts to you on time its always a 3 days late or they give u a time when its going to be delivered and it never shows up

Customer service has hit the tank. Every time I call up there, they put me on hold for at least 15 minutes. EVERYTIME! Then when they answer, its straight to "whats your phone number". No thanks for holding or anything. Richmond Bumper should have done there research before they sold to KSI or turned everything over to KSI. All Richmond Bumper did was just toss there business and customers out the door. Beyond disgusted
