The associate JoAnn who works in customer service at the Mechanicsville store was so helpful with a pair of Crocs that I wanted. She went above and beyond explaining the Kohls cash that I received on my total purchase. Even though there were other people in line she took her time with me as the customer. I am wearing my Crocs.

It’s been a minute since I’ve shopped at Kohl’s but they never disappoint. I usually leave with more than I came in for. I would recommend this store. You can find just about anything.

Small store, at least it seems that way .
the women’s plus sizes … Doesn’t seem to have the latest fashions in the plus sizes and not much of the stores dedicated to that in the women’s there’s no special plus sizes with a whole array of designs

I went to Kohl’s today to make one purchase. The same sales associate helped me at the register as well as the last time that I was there. Molly is excellent with customers! She’s caring and very knowledgeable.

Men's Shoe department is horrible. Shoes on display had no prices on any shoes, no price on boxes, and no prices on metal display stand. Then tried to scan a box with price check and a clerk from another department yelled that price checkers are out of service.
