Traveling through Virginia from Massachusetts on our way to Orlando, we experienced a complete transmission failure in my old Honda Ridgeline. We had it towed to Mechanicsville Honda hoping for the best news about a repair but preparing for the worst. We ended up purchasing a new 2023 Honda Ridgeline long distance while we were down in Orlando. The entire team there starting with Andrew in service, Emilio in sales and Daryl in finance, made a complicated transaction go as smoothly as possible. None of this would have been possible without the guidance and direction of Billy Woodruff the sales manager. My only regret is that we don't live closer to Mechanicsville Honda because after the treatment we received, I would never go anywhere else. True professionals with honesty and integrity. A 5-star review isn't enough.

I’ve been a customer at this Honda service center for the last 5 years and have consistently had great experiences. The staff are professionally trained and always treat customers with respect. They are upfront about which services your car actually needs. In fact, if you ask for a service that isn’t necessary at the moment, they’ll honestly tell you that it can wait another year, saving you money.State inspections are done free of charge, which is a big plus. The only area for improvement is the waiting area; the seats are a bit dated and not the most comfortable for extended waits.Overall, highly recommended for honest and professional service.

The service department here is absolutely horrible!!! My awd system problem light came on. The part was ordered and put on 2 days ago. I left for vacation to Florida yesterday. We made it as far as NC....light is back on!!! I called and had to leave a voice mail.....no call back!!! (Note: I bought this car last August with 30,000+ miles and I have had to take it in for issues 3 times) I am over this vehicle already ...... and the service department!!!!

Would go -10 but it doesn't go that far. Bought a 2020 Honda CVR. Had all the dash broad light lit up rough running. in June 2023 Toke to a shop, and they a say fuel interjector. need a special tool to get them. So, take it to Mechanicsville Honda They say high-pressure fuel pump. 1800 dollars later. They say fix. One month later all dashboards lit up again. This time they say fuel injectors. Want 1900 to fix. Be they don't have the injectors. All are on backorder. Might be weeks to get them.NO help with the price, NO loaner car while the car is in the shop. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Trust me my friends, make the trip up to Pohanka Honda of Fredericksburg. It is worth the drive out there. It's beyond me why you have to make an appointment for an oil change a week out. Pohanka Honda has drive up service and their customer service can't be beat! Someone needs to step in at Mechanicsville Honda and change some things over there.

Great service from Andrew! My interior lights where not working. There was some confusion about the part from American Honda and they said they weren't going to fix it even though it was under warranty. I got a little upset and talked to my advisor Andrew and he talked to the service manager. Andrew came up with a good solution to the problem and now my lights work. Thanks!

I can't complain. They have a waiting area that is nearby the maint. bay and its clean. There's also a television to watch and free beverages.
