Kathy was absolutely wonderful and was so helpful!!! She helped us with an amazing deal!!! You may be able to get the same furniture in another place, but you will not get the same great deal and customer service!!! Businesses have the great customer service and personal care with which they used to take care of their customers. Homemakers Furniture was so smart to have Kathy as a customer care specialist!!! We were well taken care if and I'm sure will enjoy our new furniture for years to come!!! We are sending everyone to Honemakers!!! Thank you for showing us that great customer service has not been completely lost!!!

The gentleman that was working in that store was very informative quite helpful and told me to go up and look in their other store that they had more up there and gave me the lady's name did go see he was very very helpful and will definitely be buying from them

Kathy helped me make my Dad’s 83rd birthday great! She patiently helped me narrow down choices for a power recliner for him and when he came in to test them she treated him with much respect and honor. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and he’s sleeping in it as I type this. You will absolutely be my first choice in future furniture needs. Thanks again, he loves his chair! 5 stars

Great experience with HomeMakers! The salespeople were very helpful. Janice went above & beyond to get me the perfect bed. Delivery was on time & professional. The delivery guys were courteous and did more than required. I highly recommend HomeMakers for beautiful furniture, reasonable prices, & excellent staff. 5 stars!!

The prices in this store are a joke. Over-priced for furniture made of 1" thick boards. No wonder it's empty customer wise. Felt bad for the people who were trying to buy something, what a waste of money.

I went to Homemakers because I was told they has great furniture and prices. I purchased a a couch and love seat recliners from the floor. I was told that there was no warranty on floor models put could purchase a warranty and I did. They now tell me that they can't fix the one recliner that is broken when I had only had the furniture for one month. I will not buy ever from there again! Also, the store isn't set up correctly. We had to travel from one end of the store to the other to see the specific type of furniture we asked for.

My parents ordered dining chairs. They were told at the time of purchase that delivery would be free. They got a call when the chairs came in and were told there is actually a $99 delivery fee. When my parents went to the store, they were given the run around. NEVER AGAIN!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!!!

We intended to just look around at furniture. Greeted at the door and given "space" to look around. Sales person followed up with us in about 5 minutes and helped us find something with possibilities. Even offered to let us take a pillow home to see if it matched up with what we already had. No problem with service....

I went in last week prepared to spend up to $5000 on a sofa and chair if they had what I was looking for. I walked around in the store for at least 10 to 15 minutes and was totally ignored. Not even a hello, let me know if I can help you! There were no other customers in the store and I can see why. I did see a few things I might have been interested in but I will spend my money somewhere else. They obviously don't need the business.
