I recently had a computer crash and was so scared I had lost my files. John was able to retrieve my files within a day. Once the data was secured he diagnosed the old computer and gave us options. We opted to have him build us a new computer for an excellent price. He is amazing. His customer service is absolutely excellent. During the whole process he was very informative, calling at each step to keep us informed. And from the time I dropped off the old computer to picking up my new computer was only 3-4 days. In addition to his computer and business skills, he is also very friendly and kind. When my laptop is ready to be replaced, I will be having John build me a new one. And any time I have computer issues that I cannot solve myself, he will be my first call/email. Thank you John! You are THE BEST!

I came in on a Saturday as a walk-in and John was able to fix what I thought was a terrible crash. He also provided timely updates so that I can run and do errands while he repaired my computer. Would highly recommend!!

I'm glad there's a place like this in the area! I was able to get the parts I needed for a computer upgrade that I wasn't able to get anywhere else, and now I got my computer running just the way I was hoping. Excellent service and very knowledgeable, I will be back here soon!
