My granddaughter wanted ears pierced. She was so excited. She picked her earrings out. ( Black diamonds) She gets the first one done. She crys saying it hurt and stings. ( Which it does). She doesn't want to do the other one at this time. Jeremy aka the Jerm. Was so gentle and kind with her her. Tells the the her when she is ready come on back .. Fast forward to the next Thursday we go. Only she and I go in yet she's already. However we go in the room she panics. She asked him if her family ( my mom, her brother and cousin) come in. He said of course. We all put our hands on her and prayed. She got it done!!! I want to give a big shout out to Jeremy at the Mechanicsville location a big shout out. You were so amazing with her. Thank you???

Look. I went to graffiti's 3 times. To get a nose and belly piercing and a tattoo. Getting my belly button pierced was a good experience! But then I got my nose piercing. The piercer was so high that she was gonna pierce the very side of my nose. I had to tell her where the piercer. Trust me. I am a VERY big 420 supporter. But don't do it if you dealing with other peoples bodies. And then my tattoo. The stencil looked good! And then once it was done, there were harsh stops from where he wasn't drag stopping he was just stopping and lifting up. And the first letters of every word Are like 2x smaller then all the other letters. I tried giving them chances and I was just disappointed.

Took our son for his first tattoo. At first everything seemed to be going good. As the artist continued it was clear he wasn't that experienced. At that point it was no turning back. Shading is awful and the tattoo just looks sloppy. On top of that, the artist charged us over $600 after it was quoted for $350-400. Now we have to go to another shop to get it " cleaned up" and pay for that as well.Will never go back

i had such a great experience here!!! i got my second hole in my lobe pierced and the piercers were all sooo kind and sweet. they all really made me feel at ease and i can't wait to come back for any more piercings i want in the future!!! it wasn't expensive at all and i can't recommend them enough <3Service: Piercings

Took my teenager in to get a naval piercing last week. The place was very clean, aesthetic, good vibe, everyone was personable and Crystal did an amazing job! Cleanliness and above average customer care goes a long way these days---10/10 recommend!Service: Piercings

When I first moved to Richmond a few years ago, I had gotten a dozen of tattoos by Chris Wallmeyer at the Sandston location. After he left, Cameron Mills became my go-to artist for my next five tattoos. During the first tattoo, I was introduced to his apprentice, Zakariah Capehart. After arriving to my appointment for the next four tattoos, I had learned that Zakariah moved to the Mechanicsville location.I called the Mechanicsville location a few days later and spoke to Zakariah to set-up an appointment for six tattoos. He was very professional. After arriving to the appointment, I was greeted by the team, including two women, a dark-haired gentleman, Zakariah, and Ed Taylor.Zakariah proceeded to tattoo me, and we exchanged small talk, something I usually don't do, but I actually welcomed it because of how nice he was being. During the tattoos, Ed had vanished. After the tattoos, a wild Ed had appeared with some grub from Sonic, and apparently a giant chip on his shoulder too.Ed displayed an attitude towards the music not being to his taste, and before I was cleaned up and wrapped up, Zakariah asked Ed to inspect the tattoos (which were done beautifully.) Ed blatantly ignored the request, not once, but twice, while eating his scrumptious Sonic sandwich. Zakariah proceeded with the cleaning, and I went to the front, paid for my awesome tattoos, and left.While sitting in my car, about to leave, Zakariah comes out to tell me that Ed now wants to inspect the tattoos. I should have continued to leave, but I thought whatever, and I went back in. Ed had this look on his face, like he barely cared about being in the shop. When I didn't immediately show him my tattoos, he ushered me forward like I was a child. I luckily kept my cool even though I was blatantly disrespected. I then left the shop once my tattoos were wrapped again.Anyways, avoid Ed Taylor, he was unprofessional and a total douchebag. If you're a potential customer and you're reading this, then I highly recommend Cameron Mills at the Sandston location or Zakariah Capehart at the Mechanicsville location.Service: Tattoos

I have had 2 terrible experiences with attitudes from the piercer here. The first time she redeemed herself. I'm currently listening to her figuring with someone in the back because I have my daughter sitting in the waiting room with me. She isn't being bad or running around. I would much rather spend my money with river city tattoo or lucky 13 who have been great with my child.Service: Piercings

If you are interested in a tattoo, go see the wonderful people at Graffitis in Mechanicsville. They make it an enjoyable experience and are amazing at what they do! Highly recommend!!

I went to them last January (2022) for my niece’s first ear piercings and ended up getting my nose pierced. I had to have surgery in September 2022 and the piercing closed up, so I went back in October and they re-pierced it for me. Both times they were friendly, professional, and clean. The price was reasonable as well. I’m planning to get another piercing soon and will most likely go back to them.Service: Piercings
