Terrible center how was my package supposed to come yesterday and it needs a signature I’m sitting outside at 11:20 the door tag says I wasn’t here at 11:33 then on fed ex tracking says 11:40 I call they say the driver can’t come back they don’t have phones with them on delivers … straight lie then say then only thing I can do is pick it up 45 minutes away when I paid $25 for shipping I don’t even know why it went to this shipping center it should’ve went to Richmond or Midlothian terrible terrible terrible I wish I could have the driver fired it’s literally so easy to deliver packages scared of human interaction or something how was I not here

Printed a label to ship a damaged handgun back to the manufacturer at home. Carried the package into the FedEx ship center and was out the door in 2 minutes. Polite and courteous staff member.

Delivery driver put package in system as delivered took a picture of the dumpster and and few cars in the parking lot from the inside of the fedex truck; not the actual package or The front door of the apartment building… Still currently waiting to hear from someone about my package or the Police will get involved in this matter

i had the worst experience with them i have been waiting on my package for three days and i’ve been sitting at home waiting on it to be delivered no one come to knock on my door or even attempted to deliver it i watched him drive right past my house

TLDR; 10/10 exceeded expectations for the previous overnight and two day live-animal shipments. Had a hiccup today with the driver marking “attempted delivery” on an overnight live-animal shipment which left me in a predicament. Thought the situation was hopeless but between the customer service lady, location manager dude, and the driver who went above and beyond, they actually did deliver my packages today. 1000x thank you and give the second driver a raise.
Today was a different experience with Fedex. Let me start by giving them their flowers:
I had a perfect experience with last weeks overnight live-animal delivery and a two day delivery several weeks back (10/10 exceeded expectations) BUT this week I had another live animal overnight shipment, and it didn’t make it on the first day (so it wasn’t really even gonna be one day) and then today I received a “delivery attempted” update as I was sitting my door awaiting the package notifying me that I could either pick it up from the processing center or wait til the next business day (Monday). The driver did not try to deliver or even pull down my street lol.
Had these not been live animals prepped for an overnight ship I wouldn’t even care, but in this case I immediately jumped on the phone. The woman I spoke with told me they’d have it re-delivered today, which I honestly felt was unlikely. My spirits rose when I got a call from [I assume] the manager, but again sank when he told me the package had already been dropped back off. I explained the situation and he was a good listener, saying he would try to get someone to bring it out and would call me back. I waited for an hour and heard nothing so assumed the worst.
I was getting ready to drive the 45 min to pick it up with bad brake because my spiders are hungry when an angel in FedEx attire pulled into my driveway. I was stunned; I definitely thought I was short. That means she agreed to drive 45 min to deliver my package. I should have gotten her name but I was taken off guard. Anyway, I thanked her profusely and then tried to call the location to thank the manager and sing her praises but it’s automated. So I decided just to leave a review. Thanks to everyone who helped make it right for me today and my spiders also thank you.

Ordered a pair of shoes on a Thursday by the 1pm deadline to be overnighted to me. The shoes were in Richmond, picked up by fed ex and brought 15mins down the road to mechanicsville and have sat there since. Fortunately I drive a rig to Richmond 6 days a week. Saturday my last stop is right across from this address so I made it a point to go by and pick the package up myself. I was told that I could not pick up the package even with provided info and bar scan code via phone. He also stated that it was on the retailer I ordered from to refund me the overnight shipping costs when I can clearly see using your app that U’ve had them since Thursday 5:43pm the day they were ordered and have been there since. Before I left he also stated I could pick the package up Monday myself if I wanted since I will already be there but y would I do that when I was there to get them Saturday you can finish completing your job you get paid to do. These were a bday present for my nephew that are no longer a bday present ?♂️ Thanks fed Ex! ?
