The manager, Alexis, gave me great customer service, was friendly and gave me a genuine smile (not fake). She assisted me with the small problem that I had. Small things like this make so much difference!

This store needs new management and needs to learn to follow corporate policies instead of making up their own. The guy that works here is super nice, polite and helpful. The dark haired woman is over the top and needs not yell across the entire business complex what people are shipping. Some things are very valuable and we worry about theft and privacy. The manager is extremely rude and doesn’t even know their policy. I spoke with corporate and they said we could absolutely ship item in any box we choose as long as it isn’t a liquor box. They tried to tell us because what’s in the box doesn’t match the outside we can’t ship it. That’s absolutely absurd. If we took a uhaul box and the picture shows a hand truck and uhaul truck we cannot ship it by this particular stores logic??? Get it together, they are the worst when it comes to customer service. We will never use this store again and highly recommend people go elsewhere as well. This FedEx is the only location that’s asks what’s in the box. USPS, any other FedEx location and UPS do not ask. The only thing they ask is if there is liquid or batteries inside. I was told the district manager would reach out, never heard from them. Keep the black gentleman and get rid of the rest at this location.

The customer service at this particular location is top notch. The manager goes out of her way to be helpful with projects, ideas, suggestions, formatting, etc. Every single time I have come in to this location, I have been greeted with a smile and a positive helpful attitude by all members of her staff. I will keep coming back for sure.

I dropped off 7 packages to ship last Thursday, that were all QR codes that had to be scanned and then packaged up by the team at Fed-ex. I have to say this was one of the top customer service experiences I have had in my lifetime. Dakota was a gem! She was so friendly, professional, efficient and just overall a ray of sunshine - where you really don't see that much anymore. She got a rhythm down with my 7 packages and had everything submitted in no time!
The other worker was also great, welcoming everyone that entered in and making sure that every customer feet seen while she worked on a customer's print job.
In a world where everyone is so quick to shout when they are dissatisfied, I wanted to make sure I took the time to say Thank you for such a great experience! Y'all are doing a great job!

I have mixed feelings about this store. I'm in there from time to time the staff for the most part is friendly, I had something happen that I feel like I should post.
I recently had a Solar Generator that is expensive coming from California that needed to be signed for knowing that I wasn't going to be home I requested the package be dropped off at this location. Now this is a Solar Generator not plutonium.
This is not the first time I've done this but it's so happened when I went to pick this package up I saw my solar generator on the edge of a table and the gentleman told me that his manager said that she would not accept the shipment and was sending it back to the distribution. WHAT? Needless to say if I had come in 5 minutes later my solar generator, expensive as it is would have been sent back to the distribution center to be banged up and possibly damaged because of the ignorance of this manager. When FedEx allows you to send a product to a store to be picked up if there is an issue the website needs to let you know. I am usually a calm and diplomatic person but let me tell you something that manager would have faced some fierce anger coming out of me had that package been sent back. I have had packages rerouted to the store in the past and also solar generators with never a issue. Never was I told it was an issue.
This is the problem that I have with FedEx their service is hit or miss and they seem to make up the rules as they go along and if you have an issue there is no complaint department. I think the pony Express gave better service than Fedex. They seem to go out of their way to make the customer miserable. She knew if that package had been sent back to that distribution center it would have angered me. Just pathetic management skills I don't know what else to say that guy is always been nice I don't know who his manager is. Poor guy.

Alexis And Dakota were very professional on the phone and very helpful. Alexis actually went beyond my expectations in order to help me. I hope the managers of this office recognize and acknowledge the wonderful employees they have in both of them.

Dude was deadpan ? and make it seem like it was all good then I got hassled via phone and email by FedEx in New Jersey like it was my fault then again by Canadian border security. Just for FedEx to charge my buddy $98 (Canadian) after he had already received his package and went home and after I had already paid $82 (American) to have it shipped. Never again.
