I needed to return an item to Walmart and decided to use FedEx as it was the closest return site to me. There was a person being helped by the associate and another person behind him. The associate greeted me when I entered and said she’d be with me shortly. She wrapped up with the first person, handled the second person and then addressed my return. She was efficient, friendly, and focused. I’ll definitely use FedEx ShipSite again for returns.
