Stopped by to get my cigarettes and sodas. Normally I go to 711. My husband says they are cheaper here. So, I went here. (Mistake) I asked for two soft packs of Newports. I guess you have to babysit and monitor the employees because the employee gave me Newport 100s. As soon as I got to the car I saw. Immediately ran inside with them to swap them out. Had not even started my car. Nope. You left the store.
Excuse me? They refused to correct their mistake. Bad for business. Then going to tell me next time be more specific. No listen to your customers words. If you screw up make it right.
Don't shop at this junk shop! Go past the bridge and see the good employees at 711. At least they always provide outstanding customer service. Unlike fasmart.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is TOXIC. The employees trash talk each other all the time and always talk to customers about their fellow coworkers/employees. The customers sometimes get caught up in the drama that they'll go around talking to other employees about who said what, creating more conflict and division. They have a high turn over rate on the employees that work here. One could only guess this toxic environment is why.

I went into this Fas Mart yesterday (August 05 around 3:00PM). I was appalled by how the female clerk treated me. Without going into details her lack of caring and total disrespect theoretically could have lost me 600.00. She screwed up was nasty to me. I went to another location to cash in and was told that it had already been redeemed. ( I mentioned that to Fas Mart clerk that was my concern) I returned to the clerk and she berated me and treated me with more disrespect than I have ever experienced ( I am 68 years old). After I insisted that she call the manager she still was argumentative. The manager calmly figured it out after I jumped in to articulate the clerks lack of explaining what had happened. Even after boss proved her wrong,she reluctantly obeyed her boss but “punished” me by further nasty comments and paying in the smallest increments that she could even after her boss said in two hundred increments.(a digital safe ). I honestly feel sorry for companies and managers like this one at this Fas Mart who is forced to leave careless,rude and unprofessional people in the store working with the public. I posted this to let the manager know she did great at defusing the situation but mainly to let the employee know that I totally did not appreciate the treatment I got. You guessed it. No apology whatsoever from this girl. Who by the way was on her personal phone when I walked back in. She told her friend “ I gotta go this guy is not listening to me”

Only got gas and paid at pump. Ground are clean and pump islands are in good condition and debris free.

Employee there has a problem with my family. She’s called the police multiple times just cause we get gas or even buy ice cream. Has her boyfriend and his family come there surrounded us cursing and yelling threats. She’s told people that we let the air out her tires. She a total mental case. Everything on video and no one does anything about her. Said she’s a warm body filling a spot no one wants to work! Seems the amount of money I put into the store someone would do something!!

Why is Fasmart on 360 always out of stuff or doesn't carry stuff that normal convenient stores carry?! My daughters went to Fasmart for some crunchy Cheetos and were told they didn't carry it! WTH!!!!! What convenient store doesn't carry crunchy Cheetos?! It was the same situation with the Smartfood popcorn, never in stock. This is by far one of the worse Fasmart's in the area. When I lived in old Mechanicsville I preferred that Fasmart and the Cold Harbor Fasmart, at least they had prepared foods. They just need to close the one on 360 because it serves no purpose. Just go to 711 or Wawa and stay away from this one!

My favorite gas station to stop at. Friendly clerks. Also, get the FasMart card that links to your checking account to save 10 to 20 cents off per gallon of gas. Cheapest gas in town.
