Came to change all 4 tires. As I was leaving, I noticed a sound was coming from my tires on ever rotation. I didn’t even leave the parking lot so I went back to tell them, they remounted it and claimed to have fixed it. Not only did they not fix it, they also caused an oil leak in my vehicle. The assistant manager, eduardo, was smug and rude about the entire situation. He even went on a 30 minute break before coming to a solution. They never offered me a fix, only to send it to claims. I told them it’s not acceptable because my car is undriveable due to the damage they caused . I told them I’ll accept a refund and use that money to fix it at my mechanic, they can tow it to their local shop fix it and give me a rental in the meantime, and they refused both offers. The assistant manager told me he can give me $200 instead of my full amount back, and when I said that’s fine, he doubled back and said he couldn’t do it. This is an awful customer experience, and an unprofessional and unhelpful staff. If you want your tires changed with no additional damage being caused, I don’t recommend this place.

So appreciative for this place and specifically this location. Customer service is always outstanding. The employees genuinely care and seem to actually enjoy their jobs and do a great job. Hubert helped me out this weekend with a nail that was in my tire, and I can't say enough great things about him. He didn't upsell us on anything but gave us honest advice on getting better lugnuts for my tires. We will definitely continue to use this location in the future.

The manger Eduardo at this store is amazing and great to work with and very understanding and will get the job done definitely will only be going be to this store excellent customer service great employee. Arron performed the work very fast and efficient another great employee ???

Eduardo and Sean were great. I’m not 100% sure if Eduardo is the manager but if he isn’t he should be one. Excellent customer service through and through. Very informing and patient. Not just with me but from what I could hear from the dealings with other customers. Bought a set of 5 tires from them. I’ll be doing business with them next time when it calls for it!

Customer service was excellent!. I went in and told them what kind of tires I needed and they gave me three tiers to pick from and what would be best. They took me the same day and asked if I wanted to make my good tire a spare as only three of my tires needed to be replaced. I lifted happy and still had money in my pocket.Thank you guys for your great customer service. It goes a long way

It was my first time going there, and they helped me out . Tires and one of the tire sensors were replaced on my Escalade. My chrome rims are bad, and they ordered my rims and waiting to get them put on next.

Customer Service was good.Iit was a long wait to cut down the time you might want to make an appointment.The other customers were so friendly the time I spent didn't really matter. I hit a pot hole on laburnum & Nine mile rd and damaged my Rim.They did a good job and Yes I would return to this location.

Discount Tire in Mechanicsville on 360 is Awesome! They take care of all my family's tire needs. Friendly, Fast, Professional, Honest & Reasonably priced. Daughter ran over a nail.Roadside assistance towed her vehicle to DT.DT repaired the tire in 30 minutes! I had purchased the tires and tire protection coverage from DT in Mechanicsville on 360 last summer. There was no charge for the repair.Discount Tire in Mechanicsville has great service and I highly recommended them!
