The employees at this CVS are so friendly and helpful. If they don’t see me in awhile, they tell me they’ve missed me. They suggest products and show me related products. A few months ago, I needed to get a picture book but did not know how to do it. The young female clerk spent so much time helping me. She was kind.
I look forward to going to this CVS. They always have the products I need.

The staff working in the front of the store are always very friendly and helpful. The pharmacy staff is a completely different story. I have never encountered ( on EVERY visit) a more rude and unhelpful staff anywhere else. The employees don’t want to take the time to help you at all, and offer very little help when they do. No thank you EVER and you are always greeted with a nasty attitude by these people. I was overcharged on a transaction that I caught myself which should have been caught by the untrained clerk and brought it to their attention. After leaving a voicemail for them I got a return call from someone identifying themselves as Valarie, and was told that the original transaction would be refunded and the proper amount would then be charged to my credit card. It has now been 3 days later, the original charge has cleared my account, and I see no refund was issued. I even went as far as to contact their corporate office to register a formal complaint and was told I would hear back from a district manager within 24 hours. Needless to say , I did not get that call. My advice to anyone needing to use a pharmacy is to stay as far away from these rude, incompetent, condescending, and untrained people as possible. I have witnessed elderly people be treated very rudely there as well, leaving one woman in tears after the way she was spoken to for simply asking a question which IS THEIR JOB TO ANSWER. it’s simply pathetic and unacceptable. To be clear, this is the CVS located at the corner of Atlee and Meadowbridge Roads in mechanicsville VA. Hopefully their other locations are better than this

My usual CVS failed to order my prescription on time, so I was going to miss my usual dose and was urgently needing to get it as I was about to leave the country. I spoke with Tim (I believe his name was) and he was kind and helpful and was able to fill my prescription that day and expedite it to pick up 15 minutes before they closed. This was my first experience here and I was so appreciative of the teams help!

Never have enough help. Waiting time is long. Most of the workers are not customer friendly.

Worst pharmacy ever! Stay away from this CVS. The manager, Melissa, is rude and dismissive and has a “I don’t care” face and attitude. WORST CVS pharmacy. Will not be back. I would give it 0 stars but unfortunately not an option. This pharmacy needs a new manager and staff. At one point, even though both of my prescriptions were ready and upfront, she went to the back “pretended to be working” and chatted with another worker just to make me wait longer to prove that she was “in control.” I will NEVER be BACK to this CVS. I’ve always tried to make up excuses as to why the long wait and tried to understand that the staff is overworked, but I will no longer tolerate their disrespect and lousy attitude.

This is one of the slowest pharmacies I have ever been to. Even in pharmacies filling over 400 prescriptions per day I have never had a wait for the prescription to be filled so long. The app is also poor because it does not let you choose a pickup time meaning the system probably doesn't even have it scheduled for immediate pickup.

This is the slowest drive thru I have ever been at... seriously about 10+ minutes per car... sadly had a broken foot and had to wait... freaking ridiculous.... stay away from this clown run drive thru if you value your time

I came here to pick something up for my husband. Not seeing where it was I walked to the pharmacy to see if they could assist. It was an OTC medication. The lady behind the counter looked at me and continued to finish what she was doing. No acknowledgement. I figured she was counting and didn't want to interrupt. I watched her put it on the shelf and she grabbed something else out of the basket to start. No acknowledgment still, no help, and waited for 5 minutes. I will have to go elsewhere after work to find what I am looking for. Very unprofessional.

THIS IS THE WORST PHARMACY I EVER BEEN TOO. They told us medications will be ready in 20 min and after 20 min told us to take another 30-1 hour because pharmacist is busy on phone with someone.
I was dying with pain in my teeth so I have to take antibiotics ASAP. Do not recommend anyone to go ever there. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED.???
