Just waited in line for 40 minutes to have the rudest pharmacist - not to mention the fact that my prescription “was on hold” although the app said ready for pick up. She didn’t ask to see that or anything - just told me that “well you’re out of luck nothing I can do goodbye” and also would not sell an over the counter medicine that is listed for sale in the drive thru on the window she was yelling behind.

If you go anytime during the afternoon/early evening, be prepared to wait FOREVER. I typically spend at least 30 minutes in line at the drive thru, slightly less in-store at the pharmacy. And never EVER expect your order to be ready - I always check the app or call to make SURE my prescription is ready before going. Multiple times I've been told it would be ready for pickup in an hour or two, only for it to be 4 or more hours in actuality. NOT the fault of the great people who work there - they can't help being SEVERELY understaffed.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy in Virginia. Please hire new management for better customer service or just shut the pharmacy down. Slow, unprofessional, unreliable, and incompetent staff at this location.

Moved to a new area and changed pharmacy. My previous experience with other locations has always been great, with online orders for prescriptions filled in less than an hour. For some reason it takes this location 24-72 hours for up-to-date prescriptions with available refills. Additional problems have surfaced recently. Orders placed through the app are sometimes randomly canceled without any notification, or get stuck in a "in process" limbo, meaning I have to start the whole 24-72 hour cycle again. They will also enroll your subscriptions for auto-refill, or magically change your 30 day supply into a 90 day supply without your consent, no doubt a desperate attempt to part you with more of your money on a more frequent basis. I don't know if this is all a result of new CVS policies, or if it's just this location that seems to be poorly managed.

After the counter person said I was checked in (to receive my Covid shot), I waited a full hour as people arriving after me got in and then left. I then went to the counter and asked the pharmacist if I was, in fact, checked in. She said no. When I complained, she offered a very hollow apology.They won’t get a second chance to waste my time.

My husband & I had appts for Covid vacs at the same time. I called CVS and told them my husband could not come at the appointment time because we had a repair man at our house. I asked what I should do. She said "No problem -- he can come in later today." Just now he came in and checked in with the desk and sat for an hour because NO ONE CHECKED HIM IN AT ALL. We understood it might take awhile since we missed the initial appointment time, but they just left him hanging for an hour. He finally went up to the counter and said "What's the deal?" and she said you are not checked in. So they initially told him he WAS CHECKED IN and then just let him sit for an hour for nothing.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with in my life. When you go through the drive-thru you better have your next meal with you. There is one lady that works at the window often that should not be, she is as moody as can be. They need to figure out what is causing them to be so slow at the drive-thru!!! I changed to this store from Walgreens right across from it because the CVS had 24 hour service. I made a huge mistake. They are going to lose lots of customers!

I had a pleasant experience today! This was my first time at this location and I had some goodRx coupons to use. The pharmacist and the techs were helpful at getting those applied and getting me checked out! It did take a while but the place was popping and I thought they did a great job handling everyone!

Why are they so rude? I don't get it. I called to see if they do Strep tests. I was connected to the pharmacy, not knowing that the lab portion "minute clinic" is separate. They were rude to me for even asking about the test. I asked if they could transfer me to the minute clinic then and they said no, they don't have a phone (what??) and so I asked if they do walk ins and she rudely said she didn't know. Excuse me, you don't know if the lab literally five feet from you does walk ins?

This pharmacy is horrible….I have had multiple issues with them not doing their job or filling prescriptions as they are supposed to. My wife has epilepsy and I called in a vital medication that she was out of, the pharmacist told me it would be ready after 6pm and I didn’t get off work till later so I got there at 11pm…(this is why I switched from Kroger because they are a 24hr pharmacy.) So I get there and they say that the insurance denied it….I didn’t have any cash or my wallet on me which I would have if someone had called and said hey this is what’s going on …the pills were 280$ where at Kroger with good rx I can get it for 18$. I didn’t have the chance to switch it to Kroger because no one called to notify me that they could not fill it and only told me when I got there. My wife missed her medication and ended up in the hospital having 6 seizures because of this. All could have been avoided if someone had made a simple phone call and let me know hey I know we said it would be ready after 6, but insurance kicked it back…..take your business somewhere else.
