They should close the pharmacy if they can't staff it, or since they cannot do their job. The staff in the pharmacy is rude, often hangs up, and they do not check their messages, then say they never received what was requested.

The CVS at Chartergate is the absolute worst. The new crew they have working there have zero respect for your time. They don't reach out when they're out of a medication or there is a problem filling your prescription. You have no clue until you go to pick it up. I would give this location less than one star if I could.

I stopped by to get my prescription filled and was told that yes it's in stock but that they were busy. I was asked to come back in one hour. I gave them two, but this time there was a different girl working. She seemed frustrated and asked if I could drive around building again. I did but they were busy so it took about 25 minutes, when I reached the window again (third time that day), the girl said I would have to come back the next day. I was accustomed to this at this particular location but I had to go out of town, so knowing that the store was going to be open another 5 hours that day I told the girl that I was going to have to have it that day. I left again but I gave the 3 more hours before returning. This time, my fourth trip, I decided that I would go inside, it was 7 pm, finally at 8:55, the young girl rings me up. This is my third visit like this-What's up?

I called to fill a prescription and wow were they rude. Condescending tone, short, and cold. I need these meds for a critical health condition and I really just don't need them treating me like that or making me feel worse than I do.

The pharmacy is the absolute worst! Takes for ever to get a prescription filled and the people working are beyond rude! Last night they gave me misinformation. Today I came back and was informed the pham employee told me wrong and the pharmacist knew it was incorrect when he was working last night. Indian dude (pharmacist) told me I needed to come inside to discuss. I told him my 4 yo is throwing up in back seat of car. Continues to argue with me. Asked him his name and he refused to tell me his name. Told me if I didn't leave he'd call....I asked him who he was going to call. And he just kept saying he was going to call if I didn't leave. Then locked the window. Called the store manager and he was miraculously able to work it out and I'm not waiting for my prescriptions to be filled. WORST TRAINED PHARMACY EVER!!!!

The automated phone system is atrocious and even worse is the customer service if you can get anyone to pick up the phone. 5 days I've been told my prescription will be available "tomorrow."

Dealing with this pharmacy is the worst. They never pick up the phone, they don't listen to you and there have been times I've had to answer so many questions to get a simple refill it's been like answering the riddle of the sphinx. Switch to Publix pharmacy up the street, the service is incomparable.

Let me start by mentioning that me insurance requires me to use CVS or I would go to another company. I just called them to have them fill a prescription and after being on hold for 23 minutes someone finally answered the phone. He didn't understand English and was extremely hard to understand. My insurance requires me to fill a 90 day supply, and they never fail to only request and fill a 30 day supply from my doctor. When I tried to explain this to the Pharacist I could tell that he didn't have a clue what I was talking about. They have my counts and refills so screwed up. While I was talking to them they were requesting 90 day refills for prescriptions that I just picked up last week. It is very scary to think that a pharmacy is filling medications that could potentially kill someone and they don't have their crap together. Wake up corporate before they seriously hurt someone.
