Great gym & inside walking or running track when the weather is too cold or too hot! Only $20 month or $50 for 3 months, they have all of the gym equipment you need on top of the track!! Never crowded! Love it!

Went to my first Silver Sneakers class. It was great! The instructor kept us moving for 30 minutes and she was so nice. Everyone is super friendly. Totally enjoyed this morning.?

A wonderful environment for kids and families to exercise and start healthy. Also with it being a church I feel secure in what they are teaching and showing the kids. Very kind and generous people are here.
