Start to finish, Joe Hudson’s was thorough. We brought our car in under a claim and it was a breeze. The staff were friendly and professional. The communication throughout was a 10/10. The repairs were of great quality. Thank you for taking the stress out of what could've been a headache.

After 3 dates given for completion of the repairs, I was called to pick up my vehicle. They quoted from “about a week to 10 days” to “ about 3 or 4 days more” until 19 days had passed when I was called when they said the repairs were complete. Luckily my insurance paid for a rental car all of this time.
Regretfully, I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Was always my go to shop but this time they never finished my truck and damaged the roof. Despite numerous tries to schedule it still remains unfinished. Don’t know that I would ever use them again or recommend them to anyone else.
Added after response from Owner: Did you retain the same crew or new people?

I have already written this up to Hudson's. The short of it is I'm very dis-satisfied and anger. I took my vehicle into Hudson's for repairs scheduled for 2-weeks, I had 6to follow up on the status of my vehicle after 4-weeks. This was a repair, minor paint and a insurance claim which had been "approved" prior to scheduling the repairs. After 4-weeks of not being contacted, no offer of service, loaner vehicle, nothing...now 4-weeks later which Hudson's had been made aware of, we are scheduled out-of-country for 4-weeks and here is the best part. Hudson's and the insurance cannot get there $%^& together and my vehicle is being held hostage by Joe Hudson until the insurance company pays them having nothing to do with me. I went as far as being willing to write the check for the repairs so Joe or GM would release my vehicle until they could work out the problems between Hudson's and Insurance company...again refused as I was told Hudson's doesn't take "checks or cash". All you people out there want people like me to fill out surveys, be fair, explain...well here you have it. DO NOT take your vehicle to Hudson's if you ever want to see it again.

If you want it fast forget it. Was given an appointment after there was an estimate. They asked to bring it by before so they could look at. Did. Took it there. End of week 1 still had not ordered parts, worked on supplemental estimate.
Week 2 still waiting. Was told plan for two weeks
Week 3 told that was the preliminary estimate most repairs 5 weeks, still hadn’t ordered all parts( just sitting in the yard) 4 1/2 weeks in told it was ready. Picked it up Thursday after hours.
Friday found out they didn’t reconnect the radiator hose. Don’t know if my engine is now done. Still haven’t heard back from them!
