Friendly, upbeat front office staff. Nurse Practitioner Ashley Broyles is great! Very attentive, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a new health care provider!!

I have been receiving care at cold Harbor for quite a few years. Staff is great, and Dr Gregory Stephen is attentive and cares about my health. He listens and takes the time to explain everything to me.

Dr. Robert Daucsh is an amazing doctor. He doesn’t only treat you once and don’t follow up, he does check on his patients whenever he sends a referral to a specialist. If a medication doesn’t get approved by his patients insurance, he discuss an alternative route/medication to help the patient. He is an amazing doctor. We moved an hour and twenty minutes away, but I’ll will keep him until he retires.

My first visit was with Ashley Broyles and she was fantastic! She did not seem rushed and invited more questions. I have struggled to find a primary care physician and now I have found her! Ashley is great. The front desk staff was awesome as well. Very welcoming and happy!

Dr Jones is the best PCP my husband and I have had since Dr Piland retired.Not only is he a great and learned physician, takes the whole scope of your care into consideration, but he also treats his patients as, not only a patient, but a cared for friend or family member at the same time. Three generations of our family are his patients and we are grateful to have him. Only fly in the ointment would be not being able to make an appointment with him, on short notice.Don’t know if others have had this problem, but I don’t seem to be able to access the patient portal and so far haven’t been able to get anyone on the phone to help me with access. Other than that, we are very pleased with our doctor and his staff. Joyce & Crawford Irvin
