Overcharged my mom today then when I came in to ask about it he said oh well all sells are final. Was so rude and refused to give me any money back.

This man that runs this location is extremely rude. He has no respect for human beings.... I'm sure he assumed I'm broke since I forgot the pin on one of my cards. I would never step through his doors again as bad as he treated me.

A great place to buy cigarettes and get other things that you may need. Mr. Patel is very nice and friendly. Love going in there just to see him and say hi although generally I buy lottery tickets and play scratch tickets and buy cigarettes and buy candy and all kinds of stuff.

The owner is very nice and he has a wide variety of products. He also carries incense and various types of smoking apparatuses, among other things. GREAT STORE!

I have been going to this place for years. The owner is a amazing guy. He is super friendly and makes you feel welcome every time you walk through through the door. His wife is also very friendly as well. They are outstanding people and have a great Family owned Business. Shop and support your local Family owned and operated businesses. I fell like family every time I visit the shop.

This is a long review but here goes... I had been going to Cigarette City for at least 8 years. That is, until today. My son and I had just gotten off of work and we needed to buy 2 cans of dip. Well I could only afford the cheap brand so I told my son to go in and buy 2 cans of Longhorn but make mine peach. Now Longhorn usually goes for around $2 a can. I give him $5 so he goes in and comes back out saying he needed another 15 cents. I give it to him then he brings the dip out. My peach Longhorn was $1.89 but the long cut mint was $2.99?! There was no sign stating the price for the mint but I figured the mint would be priced the same as the peach. I go back in with my son and ask the guy about it. I tell my son to get something cheaper. My son asks the guy for the difference back since we actually overpaid and the guy asks my son "aren't you educated? As you can clearly see, its $2.99" NO ONE talks to either of my kids like that, especially someone who runs a business. It's been a good run but me and my family will NEVER buy from Cigarette City ever again.*** EDITED ON 12/2/18: *** Thought I'd give the owner at Cigarette City another chance and today he really blew it. Just came through the door n walked up to the counter with my oldest son. Was gonna buy 2 cans of dip but first thing the owner does is pull a receipt out of his drawer and claims that he "accidentally" charged me **2 WEEKS AGO (on 11/21/18)** for only 1 can of Kodiak when I bought 2 cans. My sis in law got paid that day and she let me pay with her card since her 2 cartons of cigarettes were on the same transaction. Here's the million dollar question...why would you wait * 2 weeks * to let me know there was a mistake AFTER I've already paid for that dip and cigarettes when you should have told me THEN?! On top of that, he tells me and my son (who did nothing wrong. He wasn't even involved in this incident) that he was refusing us service and to leave.That's fine with me buddy. I have patronized your business for about 9 years. Your store was the cheapest for cigarettes n dip but I'll be damned if I EVER shop at your store again. Like I told you, you aren't the only place that sells tobacco.

The guy that runs this place ..he could be alot more friendlier... I dont go in here any more due to his bad attitude. plus The prices are jacked up really high.
