Fast, friendly and thorough. Caleb was especially conscientious and kind. The new format was a bit confusing but nothing I couldn't handle after a few seconds.

Jake was my inspector today, (8/27/2024) and the team did an amazing job. I usually get the hand wax or the super wash right underneath it. I do this maybe 3 times a year just to keep my car super fresh.
They do an absolutely amazing job. Much cheaper than a detail, but the results are so similar! They really do pay attention to the small details in car cleaning and make sure you're happy.
This is my only carwash place in the Richmond area.

Happy with my service start to finish. The exterior and wheels are extra fantastic! My only criticism is the cup holders and similar plastic holders need a little extra attention. Caleb, Noah and team are friendly and helpful. Manager is super hard working too bustin it along with the rest of the team. Everyone was working HARD in 97 degrees! Thank you!

I had my 2020 BMW washed at the car pool today (8/25/24), which hadn't been washed in a month or so because my brother who expired this life on June 18, 2024 was on hospice at home for about 3months and the family was dedicating more time spent with him, may he continue to RIP. Well, I knew that there would be dirt that wouldn't come off easily because of the length of time it was last washed and the car baking in the sun. Thankfully, JAKE attended to my requests with professionalism and patience as I pointed out spots that needed to be removed by hand and he did it so graciously. Thank you Jake for loving what you do and aiming to please the customer! ? ????

Disappointed that a car came in after me and they started working on that car in stead of mine. I usually like to go to car pool but this location has gone downhill.

Have been a customer here since they opened many years ago. A new way of moving cars through is in place, and I was unaware of this when I pulled in. However, signs were posted and staff were helpful with guidance. Noah and Caleb were both extremely nice, and my 12 year old car looks great!
