Very helpful staff. Willingness to work with you on exchanges. I bought the wrong part accidently and they got me right no hassle. They also have a really good warranty policy. I will definitely be going back if needed one day.

Friendly Staff. You have to either call in and tell them what you need or prepare to wait for them to pull the part. It is not a pick and pull. No issues and they had what I needed.

The best place I have ever been my travel was rough getting there but they team was the best it seemed as if they didn’t have my battery when they learned my situation they went beyond they duty to make sure I was a happy customer I love this place I recommend this place to everyone if u don’t have a lot of money or if u do this is the best place to go I recommend this as a 10 keep up the good work y’all

I had a series of unfortunate events that has caused me to break down in VA. Thank God for Bruce's autoparts and for miss Kimberly who was the savior of the day. They were able to find me a rear alex for my tacoma so I can get my truck home soon. I am not local here but I would def recommend this family owned 3rd generation run buisness. As a buisness owner myself I appreciate the way they care for the customer. It showed threw with my experience. Thank you to Kim and the team again

I went through a big ordeal with needing to have my engine replaced. I worked mainly with Brandon and Scott Bruce. Brandon was always nice enough to explain things I didn't understand, so he was quite easy to work with during this situation. Scott called me and told me I needed to take it back to Kia as they had a recall and it may be cheaper for me to take it back to the dealer. I had already paid for my engine, and I was awaiting time for them to install it when he told me about this. So I sent the car to Kia on West Broad only for them to change their mind after they told me a completely different story that changed within 2 days. I had the car sent back to Bruce's where I knew there would be a 3 month wait, which I was ok with at the time. It took them a week to get my car back to me, Scott even kept my engine safe and held my place in line. I cannot say enough good things about this establishment. Awesome company and awesome crew! Would definitely recommend!
