Horrible customer service. I went to get a refund because I didn't want the membership I signed up for in August 2022 and moved in November to another city 30 miles away, and they said we don't refund once you buy you got to keep it for the whole year. Online statements say you can get a refund if you are dissatisfied. I showed this statement to the woman behind the counter and she said "that doesn't mean anything, we have never given a refund for this, once you sign up, you are stuck with it for the whole year." Stuck with it, is right. I drove 30 miles to hear this, so I decided to look around to see what I could buy, since I'm here (my first and only time) but nothing worth shopping for. Meat did not look fresh, I couldn't wait to get out of there. Stuck with a membership I will never use.

Rarely answer phone calls when trying to schedule. Makes it a pain as most of the time you need to go in person to schedule. Workers are really nice but they are typically short staffed (I.e if someone is working on a car they don’t always have someone at the front desk). So sometimes you have to wait awhile. Highly suggest Discount Tires around the corner. Amazing customer service and they will price match! Also includes rotation and balancing for the life of those tires!

This f****** BJs is terrible. The guy the door checking receipts at the door was a f****** nincompoop. He look at our basket and said we had to many items and refused to let us leave. We had to literally count the s*** for him twice. Then he counted and counted the right number on the receipt. I told I should punch you in the face, which I may have but I had to drop my daughter off at school.

This BJs is really nice, it's well-organized and clean, COVID precautions are taken and I feel that the employees are attentive and kind. I don't really love the produce choices here, I've gotten things that are at their end or close, but thé frozen section and bakery make it all worth it! My favorite part is definitely the self checkout (there's still an attendee around). It's usually pretty slow when I go, but I'm sure during peak hours the parking lot gets a little cramped. All in all worth it for a ten minute drive!

Absolutely the WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. STaff came off very racist to my sister & children. Very rude. Definitely will be canceling my card & will never recommend this place again.

If you want to wait in endless lines and then be treated by a surly cashier, join this wholesale club. I for one have requested my membership money returned. This is the absolute wise place I have ever shopped. I did give them a chance to redeem themselves and called customer service - I was cut off 5 times and never spoke to anyone.

So adding to my review-he couch's were delivered and the Love Seat was missing a backing and electrical cord. The delivery driver said "this is the second time today this happened". I have contacted BJ's and am being told "they are working on a resolution", yet I still have no backing and no Cord! This place is ridiculous and the customer service is atrocious!

Everyone are friendly and willing to help! Infact this is the first time I have seen Bj’s employees on the floor , if you have any questions , they are there to help you ! I love this store ! But a little father for me ! Employees are all nice !

RUDE STAFF.LAZY STAFF.The prices aren't even that great... most of them are comparable to if you just bought the item singularly at the grocery store. What a joke. If you're really wanting to shop at a club warehouse don't waste your time, but a Costco membership. If you live in Mechanicsville and think the glen Allen Costco is too far, that's your loss. I got the BJs membership because I was hopeful that it would save me time to have to go to Glen Allen. NOPE shitty shitty shitty. The extra 10-15 min in the car is totally worth it to not have to go back to this wretched store. PS if you're worried about mask wearing, sanitation, etc DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. 1/2 the employees dont wear masks and they do not enforce it. I called out several customers for not wearing a mask to a number of employees and they did NOTHING.

I've gotten tires here on two occasions, both times everything went well, both the price and service was good. The rest of the store is typical warehouse club. It's disappointing that the snack bar was removed a while back. The food there was inexpensive and good. Because of this I find myself making the trip out to Costco more often these days.

i've been shopping at this bj's for over 3 years now, and for the first time decided to buy tires from the tire center. on a Sunday evening i went in and purchased 4 tires from a clerk and paid for them on the spot. then clerk disappeared for 15 minutes saying he "would be right back". he came back after quite a a wait took my payment said my appointment was for the Tuesday morning and i could drop my car off Monday evening. upon arriving Monday evening to drop my car i was informed by the clear that my paperwork was lost, and he requested that i go get my own personal copy of the paperwork from my car, i thought nothing of this at the time. After this occurred i handed over my key and was assured that my car would serviced that following day and that they would call me when it was ready. upon arriving home i got a phone call from another employee, who was very confused as to why my car was there. stating all my paperwork was lost and no appointment had been made for me! he then proceeded to tell me that the they ordered the wrong size tries for my car and that i would have to pay an extra $100 for the tires that actually fit my vehicle. he made no apologies what so ever and acted as if the whole situation wasn't his problem to deal with! this is the worst customer service I've ever encountered from this business, not to mention complete lack of communication and apparent lack of a a manager in that tire center. i will never go back, and advise anyone that is worried about the safety of themselves and any passenger in their vehicle to stay far away form this bj's tire center.

BJ's practice a social distancing protocol that protects their employees but puts their customers at risk All the self check registers are open but there is only one person checking receipts as people go out. This causes congestion among the customers trying to leave.
