Belle Cottage is a wonderful and fabulous store, described as the absolute best place to shop in the area. It offers first class, good quality merchandise that is different from department stores, with a beautiful selection and a wide variety. The boutique has seasonal sales and offers a little bit of everything, including gift wrapping as a courtesy. This is a fabulous store that draws me from DC to do my shopping. They not only have great clothes but the ‘Ladies’ are very helpful and make each visit a memorable one with each purchase.
