My mother dealt with this company for years & she raved about them. I decided to use them for my moms taxes after she passed away. I had to pay for “e-sig” but was told I had to mail them in. Mailed the taxes in and the IRS needs more info. I have contacted this business 6 times and NO RESPONSE. I woukd not recommend... read full comment

Not a great experience. It’s very disappointing when you trust someone to handle a deceased loved ones personal affairs and they don’t communicate with you and don’t complete services as agreed upon. Not professional or customer service centered . Would not recommend

Snobby, no returned phone calls or emails. They have all my tax paperwork and yet it’s been like TWO YEARS working in my taxes (I have back taxes and some mistakes). I don’t know who to turn to.
