Batteries Plus is not the cheapest, but they have a large stock of multiples of various items. Need four 12v batteries to replace the aging ones in your UPSes? I did, walked in, did a quick database check, and purchased all four of the batteries. I was out the door within about 5 minutes total. Staff was excellent and friendly. They even warned me of a possibly wet floor as they were on end of day clean up duty and were still cheery and nice. I'll be back when I need them again.

Man assisted me in finding the correct battery and then moved connections from my old battery to the new one.

Don't answer the phone but everyone standing around when you walk in. then tell you they don't have time to do a phone screen with 3 hrs left in the day. Vibe is they don't wanna work ?

Don't waste your money!
I was given the wrong battery for the motorcycle I'm restoring. The battery was too tall for my bike. I went to exchange it for a shorter battery. The girl went into the back for 10 minutes to remove terminal screws (finger tight). When she came out she told me they only honor a 14 day return policy. WHAT!?!?! She said it's on the back of the receipt. I was under the assumption the warranty pamphlet that came with the battery would be good for at least 30 days. $140 plus tax down the drain DUE TO THEIR MISTAKE OF GIVING ME THE WRONG BATTERY!!!! Don't waste your money!!!! Go anywhere but this place. I ended up buying another battery from Napa for $30 less with a 1 year warranty. I have 2 motorcycles and 3 vehicles. BATTERIES PLUS, YOU LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!

Katelyn has been extremely helpful in surching for a glass replacement screen for my Samsung S10+. The service at this store in Mechanicsville has always been excellent. I would recommend it to anyone.

Citizens be aware of a scam this store is running. I was in search of a simple watch battery. The store clerk claimed the watch battery I needed had been banned by the federal government. Somehow the clerk claimed he could put the battery in for $13.95. I told him that his claim made no sense but he continued to insist that government regulations did not allow Batteries Plus to sell certain batteries to the public directly. I went home and ordered it on Amazon for $2.10. The only conclusion I can make is that Batteries Plus enjoys lying to customers in order to scam them out of more money.

The staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Problems remedied, watch batteries replaced (with a smile) and even found some practical stocking stuffers on special!
