I dropped off my 2007 minivan for repair. The next day they called me with an estimate for the repair I requested. In their assessment they found a couple other minor problems and offered a no pressure quote to fix those things as well. I agreed to have all the repairs made and the van was ready for pickup the next day.
I appreciate the clear communication in plain words that I could understand. The quick turnaround to get the van back was very helpful. It's been a long time since this van has ran so good.”
“We were headed home to NJ from Williamsburg when we hit something on the highway not even an hour into the drive. We got a flat and needed a tow. We found Rick’s on google and called them to ask about a tire while we waited for the tow. They ordered it for us and told us it would be available in a few hours. I went with a 2024 Honda Civic EX-L. I told Emilio my choice of make, model and trim along with my choices of color. The Mechanicsville Honda team went to work and they were able to find my exact make, model and color choice quickly.
If I had any questions, Emilio was kind enough to answer questions via text and was happy to accommodate my work schedule.

“I took my car in because I thought the oil pump was going out. I knew ahead of time to expect a big repair bill. It turned out that it was just a leaking sensor and my total repair bill was $164.00. These folks are good, honest people! They could have gone ahead and replaced the oil pump and I wouldn't have known any different. I know where to go in the future when I need auto work done. “Terrible experience. I went Saturday no wait and have never had a problem with this place. I usually change my oil myself. Make sure they show you the dip stick and put oil in your vehicle. I went to go to work this morning. There is no oil in my car!!! I will update if fixed asap. Calling when they open this is laziness. The whole time the guy up top was complaining that he had done 60 cars today. Go find another job. I expect a full refund or come to me and put oil in my car in Williamsburg!!
UPDATE: Andrew was great and solved my issue. I had to take back and they got me strait. Mistakes happen just make sure they show you the oil dip stick.”
“I engaged 301 Auto to mount and balance my new Goodyear Wrangler LT tires on my newly powder coated Ford F150 rims. They have touchless mounting equipment and road force balancing equipment. I could not be more pleased with the results. The wheel/tire assemblies are perfectly balanced, and there are no scratches on the rims.”

I wanted a hidden winch installed behind my rear bumper under my truck bed for offroad recovery work purposes as that's what I do for a living!
I spoke with Jeff and told him what I had in mind, I mentioned my concerns about it needing to be beefed up to handle the full capabilities of the winch and all I can say is I was not let down! Even asked for a reinforcement plate to stabilize the rollers for the winch line so it didn't deform my bumper and he made it happen!
This winch mount is stout and ready to work!

“I was going to do the review earlier but my phone was acting up. I went there today because my friend Gladys and Todd Klevgard recommended this place to me because her husband Todd's friend I guess is the owner or something. Don't quote me on that but I know that they know him.. I went there and I was expecting to pay a lot but it was not a lot I actually got a coupon discount from the gentleman at the counter and because it was my first time there I guess anyway. The guy was very very friendly and the rest of the guys in the shop they were all liked posing for the pictures that I was taking for the review. Quite an interactive team. But that's what good customer service is all about treating people like their family.
