I’m so disappointed and frustrated with the store staffs. I needed the sunglasses in last minute so I went to store to buy it. The guy selling it to me was very unprofessional and kinda not friendly. I have to pay for almost $500 and I can’t even have a new box or a ribbon for it. I needed it as a gift. Then I have to go buy ribbon and made it myself.Buying luxury and bonus frustration from the staff. Never ever come back this place.

Dealt with 2 unprofessional and rude employees yesterday, what's the point of buying luxury from a place that feels anything but. Customer experience should be part of the service, but instead the experience left me feeling frustrated- so I went home and ordered online instead.

The worst Versace store ever. I walked in to check out newly released handbag collection. Two female employees were on their phone, Not even saying hello when we walked into the store. When we were walking around, We were never greeted or asked if we needed any help. It is a shame since this is one of the nicest mall in VA.

This is the absolute worst Versace store I have ever been to and I have been to plenty of them. After waiting an absurd amount of time in an almost empty store (one other customer) for anyone to even address us, someone finally came and asked us if we were "good". My wife asked the associate if she could see one of the purses. The entire response was "Ok...." and then she just stood there and stared at us. After 30 seconds or so of silence, we told her "...you know what, nevermind" and walked out.You need to get on top of this Versace. This clearly isn't an isolated incident based on the other reviews. This wasn't just an annoying customer service experience for my wife and I, it did damage to our opinion of your brand's reputation.

I am disappointed with this company. I expedited my order to come in 2 days but it’s coming in 4 days. They will not refund my shipping fee. What’s sense does that make when I could’ve just use ground shipping that comes in 4 days. They are saying they don’t deliver on weekends but in the past I’ve had orders come to me on the weekends. This is the second time this happened to me, but this will be the last time. The last incident was a weekday so they couldn’t use the weekend as an excuse. They so ripped me off. I don’t care if it’s $25 shipping fee, it’s the principal.

I ordered this bag from Versace directly. The craftsman ship on this bag was horrific! How dare your company call it's self high end only using the highest of quality??!!! Had the bag literally 2 days and it fell apart. Michael kors has acquired the brand and clearly quality is not longer part of Versace's good name. The new j c holding company who own the two brands clearly takes advantage of its clients. The customer service was horrific! Absolutely no resolution because I wasn't famous enough or rich enough to care about! That's ok you don't know how much is in my account nor do you know the businesses I own. All I can say is STAY AWAY! Versace is not what it once was! Quality is horrendous and the way customer service treats people is unacceptable: I will never purchase again and I highly recommend you find another designer. Do better Michael Kors and JC holdings. DO BETTER!

My parents bought me a shirt for Father’s Day gift. They give my parents the wrong size. Took the shirt less than the 14 day policy. They have asked them if I could exchange it first I was told that yes no problem had me wait for half an hour to help me. After waiting for half an hour somehow they change their mind at the Warron Ghana to exchange for me and told me that it was Warron, but if it doesn’t fit me I told them how am I gonna wear it makes no sense and a tag in the receipts, honoured with a box. I asked for the manager manager didn’t want to talk to me and I asked them for the third time. Please let me speak summary above you the salesperson tried going in the back in half an hour I can hear noise from the back of the store, but nobody wants to help And all I can hear is people whispering and laughing and joking. I don’t know if they were drunk or something. And I kept on asking for the manager. Finally, somebody comes and tells me that they’re not going to do this and they wouldn’t even listen to me and wanted to call the security on me. I was told to leave the store otherwise the Security . I was really mistreated, so I left the store. I’ll call the corporate office. I have a video and pictures of the shirt that has never been worn and no one has answer me. The manager and the staff know they have full control that of that store and they know that I have to answer to anyone. This is why they take advantage of the customers as you can see there’s a lot of clients that are complaining on the reviews. Stay away from this facility. They will take advantage of you.

I went to the store to return on a Madus bag that was a bday gift, the bag was never worn just tried on. I never open the box the bag came in until return today and I didnt put the paper back in the bag and 2 sample cologne was also left in bag that was part of gift and they refused my return. No question ask. Never again will I let them shame me. They was very rude and disrespectful

Called the store and someone named Patrick picked up and was extremely rude and did not answer my questions and HUNG up on me. Called back and was told I will get a call back the next day and it’s a week later and still haven’t. Patrick needs to be evaluated and fired, seeing there is many reviews saying he is terrible. I’m outraged

Unexpectedly embarrassed and frustrated with my experience today in the Versace store!Guy called Patrik (bold with Versace neckless) were overestimated to work on such place where he doesn’t belong to. While his poor service where he was talking to me in raised tones, evaluating ME from head to toe . And most scary part looking at me and staring with aggressive glance like he is not HELPING me to purchase but instead he is doing me huge favor!I will return what I got today because of him!And as you are serving staff please do yourself favor learn how to pack a bag and be nice to buyers!

Tiara went above and beyond and made my shopping experience one of the best I have had at Tyson’s. Highly highly recommend everything about this Versace store very excellent selection everyone was super friendly will be back!
