I will say the lady at the front desk was very nice and the booking process was super easy, along with the location being convenient , but other than that, this was a really bad detailing job for the exterior.
They did a decent job on the interior but $150 for wheels still caked with brake dust and smudges still on the trunk along with front bumper still covered in bugs and dirt is really bad. It is unacceptable especially at this price.
There was a sticky substance on the trunk that I could literally rub out with my nail and they didn’t bother to wipe that off , there were occurrences like this all over the car.
It looks great from 10 feet away but once you come close it’s obvious that they just rushed it and didn’t do it with any actual effort and care

This was a great car wash! We did the premium and added on the shampoo fill seats and both the exterior and interior look and smell so clean! Will definitely come back.

They are very bad. Unfortunately, it happened twice, and unfortunately, it was the same level of badness. My car is new and needs a little cleaning from the inside, as they are not professional and inaccurate in cleaning. I start to help the man to vacuum my car. Pic after service.

My car got messed up from some snow storm and needed a good car wash. My friend recommended this place and am very satisfied with the service. Arrived early afternoon weekday and got the Premium wash. Receptionist was friendly and had a great attitude. Wash took about an hour so had some time to walk around the mall and have lunch. Something to be aware of is the floor was slippery in the area.

I just arrived at 7:15pm to have my car washed when the attendant came to me and said the place was closed without giving me any further clarification the hours of operation shows that they close at 8pm. Rude attendant and lack of customer service.

I've used this service several times and I recommend them based on quality of work. They're not cheap, but they always do a great job. This last time I booked an appointment online for early the next day. They were there on time and did an excellent job.

It can take a few hours, but it's nice to just drop your car off and go shopping or see a movie. Added bonus, you don't have to find parking.They do a pretty good job cleaning the car.

Detail was very clean, they even got a roof stain out that I have had for years. Took as long as they expected. Service was friendly. Will return.

(Updated): Previously had a less than ideal experience due to short staffing and miscommunication, however the company did reach out very promptly to address concerns which was much appreciated. Did go back for their luxe service and not disappointed at all. Car is clean as new!

I called ahead and was told they could do an interior clean today but when I showed up an hour before their closing time, they had already closed. When closing early or changing business hours, it would be nice to put some kind of notification on the door for customers.

Used harsh chemicals/process on my wife’s interior that literally removed the window and mirror buttons coating on the interior of my wife’s car. We’ve tried to call multiple times over the last week and they will not return our calls. If you care about your car not getting damaged go somewhere else.
