This has been experience! Alfredo at USPS was extremely accommodating helpful. When I explained that we are new to the US and wanted some help with postal services.. I think this is the best branch of the US government and extremely customer focused. May your tribe grow.

I swear this drop-off box has been out of service over a year now. What's the point of having a self-service kiosk if the drop off box isn't accepting packages? So dumb.

I have never had a bad experience in this USPS. I have never witnessed a customer having a bad experience in this USPS. I have exclusively come to this branch for the past two years. The staff is always patient and helpful, which is important for me. I frequently have many questions about how to mail my packages, and they take the time to help me and help other customers in parallel.
I have to believe that the bad reviews are coming from customers who approach the staff with negativity. See it as a reflection on them as opposed to the staff at this branch.

Absolutely disappointed with the USPS personnel from this location who flat-out refused to assist us with our walk-in passport application for our daughter. Their lack of willingness to help and their dismissive attitude left us feeling frustrated and unsupported. We were counting on their service and expertise, but instead, we were met with unhelpfulness and indifference. You should definitely look for a different location.

As most of the reviews have said, very rude staff at this location. I visited today and the woman at the counter couldn’t have been more rude and condescending to my questions. How does this continue when multiple reviews say the same thing? Oh yea it’s USPS that’s why.

We have visited this USPS store several times for box returns, mailing letters and most recently (mid-January 2024) for filing for US passport. At all these times, the people that work there were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and seem professional. I am surprised to see negative reviews and a low average for this USPS, because my experience has been totally positive. This is the reason why I wanted to remember to post a 5-star review for this one. I also had bad experiences at USPS stores in the past, but not at this one.More specifically, when we visited for the US passport filing, the picture taking and the documents filing seemed very easy. The person who was helping us was in a good mood and answered our questions in a welcoming way. In the passport photo taking, they showed us the way to go to a room in the other part of the store and even agreed to retake another one when we didn't like the first photo.

I visited a couple days ago and there's a reason why the ratings are so low.1st counter gentleman is just rude. His tone and demeanor is unwelcoming.2nd counter gentleman is like a robot. the way he talks is as if he's going off a script. any questions that's not "normal" he'll say he doesn't know.

God what to say about the customer service in this place , simply horrible ( specially from the young arrogant lady named Dazia ) she’s very rude ,arrogant and think she owns that place. Avoid this place at all cost .
