where to start....weeeellll first off, overdraft fees gon run ya bout 36.00 even if you have it turned off and a charge comes thru that wasn't supposed to (the company refunded the money but the overdraft was too bad so sad) IF you lose or damage your card you have to go into the office to get it replaced, but wait, first do the paper work pay ten bucks then go home and wait for it by the mailbox in about 12 days. Got a charge that needs to be disputed? NOOOO PROBLEM, just come on down to the office again and fill out some paperwork and see what happens. Need to change your mailing address. NOOO PROBLEM, just come on down to the office and fill out more paperwork. Any problems you have with your account will need to also be dealt with at the specific bank where you opened it. You cant go to united bank uptown if you opened the account downtown...I could go on but you get the idea now I hope.

I never had issues prior to united buying out my bank, i loved it. United is extremely outdated and the staff is actually useless because no one knows anything. no one has access to do anything and the managers are never available. I am excited that i will be closing my accounts this weekend to go to Apple and I will never have to deal with them again! There is NO WAY they can keep business with the way they do things. RUN.

Cardinal should never have sold out. Terrible service and outrageous fees. Not up to date with modern banking technology or user friendly.
