I pay for this gym because it has basketball and I need to find time for my kids to play in the evening. They rent out the space to volleyball sports clubs so the gym is useless to me. Definitely finding a gym that better suits families and doesn't double dip on making money. Offering a service and not fulfilling it is a scam.

Buyer beware! This gym located near the Tysons Boro has a decent parking lot and occupies a large office building. Although it has curb appeal based on a fitness center, pool, and basketball courts, there is something unsavory and sleazy about the business practice of this gym. When Crunch Fitness closed in July 2021 due to the pandemic, the gym transferred my frozen monthly membership to Tysons Sport & Health. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, legacy Crunch Fitness memberships were not charged any fees in 2021. When OneLife Fitness took over the business operations of Tysons Sport and Health, they began to activate my old credit card (but did not tell me I was being charged). This went on for several months until I noticed these small charges on my billing statement. It was difficult to disenroll from the gym. I had to go in person to the front desk, they provided the email address of an outside organization (corporate, I guess), and then I had to complete another form. They make it easy to sign up for a membership, but dis-enrolling requires a lot of effort. Also, with their "free" guest passes, beware! They may require you to pay a mandatory $20 daily guest fee at any time to "convert" you into a full-fledged member. It's quite arbitrary what this gym does. Perhaps the corporate office has a strict minimum enrollment target every month. Regardless, there is a hint of unsavory business practices under the surface here. Buyer beware! I would consider the Fairfax County Spring Hill REC Center.

I’m about to start a GoFundMe for these swim teams so they can have their own pool ?. I have come and waited an hour or so for a spot in a lane and just left multiple times, and also have left in tears a few times after feeling embarrassed and shamed at the pool. The Zumba instructors are awesome, though!

Not what it used to be back in the day.... Lots of defective equipment. Some treadmill belts are loose and slip when you try to run on them (I know cause I fell). The race track is gone, the once private men's hot tub is now only accessible from the pool. This place is going downhill. Only the parking arrangements was improved over the Sports & Health days. Otherwise I see no improvement in any area. Everything is worse.

The gym itself is big, swimming pool, jacuzzi is not so clean, my kid got eye infection once. In steam room used be water pipe to wash up the area before using now it is not available so it is very unhygienic. The management team is very disoriented always provides different and false info. The group work outs are good. Yoga, body pump and etc a good way of motivation.

Signed up for a one day pass to see if i wanted to join this gym. Less than 4 minutes after completing the online form i received a call from their front desk asking what time i would be in to visit. (I didnt know yet) Kind of weird how fast it was. I went in at 5:20am and like MANY other reviews stated, the front desk was less than helpful and not friendly at all. Seemed annoyed i was there with a one day pass. I know workings at 5am isnt fun but its your job to greet people with a smile and to be helpful. I will not return again. Instead of thanking people for leaving reviews maybe its time to take action. The "greeter" didnt tell me anything about the gym, didnt offer me a sweat towel. Didnt tell me where the lockers were. You know the basics. Much of the equipment is getting old, and clearly 4 squat racks are not enough for the morning crowd. Having more assessable wipes would keep things cleaner as well. A large room or area of the gym would only have 1 cleaning bottle.

Do not continue renewing your membership at one life if you plan on going to more than one gym in your area. They have installed tears to divide the region based off income. When I signed up I paid an extra 10 dollars to go to all One life fitnesses as of now they will not accept travelers. DO NOT JOiN #REVOLT

So I went to this location for the first time. the facility itself is great. large, clean, and plenty of equipment. But encountered two front desk guys - and both were not friendly. I didn't have a complaint or a problem ... but both were short, rude and unfriendly, all for no reason. Definitely need more training to create a warm and inviting environment.

This Gym or Club as I call it is STILL great. It is older but kept clean and has everything you could possibly want including amenities such as private steam, sauna and shared hot tub- many many rooms with lots of goodies all over. Quiet low lit stretch areas, rooms of machines for cardio, weight rooms all over. Nice outdoor pool and great indoor pool for laps. Huge clean shared hot tub. Clean huge nice locker rooms. Parking easy on weekends right out front free. Weekdays park across the way in the non gated area for hassle free. Nice, large, quiet, lots of natural light, seating and tables for hanging out or eating your lunch/snak right out front in lobby area. You need to be premiere to get their large towels otherwise bring your own.ONLY COMPLAINT- saw a black guy literally get out of his gym clothes on tub deck at 10 of closing and get into HOTTUB- YOU NEED "SHOWER FIRST" SIGNS ALL OVER THE HOT TUB AREA SO WE AS MEMBERS CAN POINT TO IT AND ASK THEM NOT TO GET IN OUR TUB! stinky and dirty!!

Let me just start by saying i have never done a review on any business but in this case i'll make an exception.I've been member of sports & Health for more than 25 years and its always been a great gym till it changed its name .I'm guessing the new company decided that making money is priority number one . We have 8 lanes in the pool of which 4 is given to a swim team from 4-8 PM and one to swim teacher .That leaves 3 lanes for the other 50 people or so who get off work and think they can go to gym on the way home .making money is one thing but this is ridicules .BTW, I mentioned this to the gentelman at the front desk and his reply was go write a review .So here it is. .. the sooner we all find another gym the better off we all are gonna be.

Yes!! Yes!!Lori Mann, and swim/spin/Pilates instructor, has been super .. SUPER! [Amazing, actually considering all the limitations with my arm/leg movements]I have been dealing with serious nerve pain - utilizing the Jackson Clinic for PT - working with them we were able to set up a swimming/spin/Pilates program that has helped me not only keep moving but improve on my range of motion and improve on my strength and mobility. In a recent analysis by the Jackson Clinic it was noted that working with Lori I was from 18% or my range to 65%.I am SO grateful for the OneLife and Jackson Clinic co-sharing a space .. but the best of the BEST was to have someone like Lori, with her dedication/commitment to her craft/talent/knowledge be available to work with me through the entire process.A person would be hard pressed to find someone as qualified and committed.Take anyone of of her classes or a one-on-one and you'll see what she had a dedicated following.

Can't cancel our membership, no response from them, filled out their form for four times and got nothing. Charging my card every monthUPDATEI did receive your email. It just confirmed that you’re refusing to cancel membership and will continue to charge me the next 8 months for the service I don’t need anymore. Thank you

Great location. Excellent parking. Great hours. The facility is a dump. Water leaks from the roof. The bathrooms are dirty. AC doesn't work in half of the building. Water fountains have warm water. Staff absolutely sucks.

I'd guess the best part of this gym is that it has 2 basketball courts, if you're into playing basketball. It is also pretty big. Otherwise, it really is pretty poor. It is not maintained very well. The men's locker room has not had working A/C most of the summer. They brought in a weak, temporary A/C unit, but it does little to help. I don't understand how they have let that issue go on so long. There is also mildew everywhere in the showers. Really, only good option if you work nearby or love basketball.
