I want to say thanks to Alana. My family went to the store to check on one of the Dreamzzz lego sets which my child loves. She was very kind and very knowledgeable. My kid had an amazing conversation with her about the Dreamzzz lego sets. I really appreciate how she sparked my child's imagination!

Give that man Joey a raise! I physically didn't have the money at the time to buy what we were talking about but his enthusiasm and professionalism definitely would have had me sold me if I did! Me and my pal I was with were talking about him for a good 5 minutes after we left. To the point where I sat down on a bench while still in the mall to write this. Top tier employee!

Frances, Jack , Alanna and Louis absolutely amazing customer service when I say they went above and beyond they really did.
To start I was having an issue with my online account and Frances, took the time to call and correct my issue she then proceeded to help my little ones build the Lego pieces and was so patient with them.
Jack took the time to recommend a new Lego adventure for one of the little ones and really explained to him how cool it will be once he finish creating it
Alanna has amazing energy and was so helpful with entertaining them, and everyone in the store to create and build and use your imagination
Louis finished this amazing shopping experience for my little ones by helping them make a their mini figurine
Thank you so much and everybody here is an asset to this company

I just want to say a huge thank you to the lovely people who helped me here today! Christopher, MacKenzie, and especially Silver were incredibly kind and helpful to me! I have extreme anxiety about going to crowded stores, and I’m neurodivergent, so usually this kind of outing would be very overwhelming for me—but not today! They all helped me have such a positive, enjoyable experience and went above and beyond to help me, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I really hope that they are all recognized and rewarded for their excellence! These three employees made this the BEST Lego experience—and the best experience with any company—I’ve ever had!

Joey and John were great! I brought 3 kids in and they were so sweet. They interacted with them, gave them sheets to make their Lego building easier and found us pieces. Thank you!!!!!!

This store has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The associates Joey and Frances were so kind and were so enthusiastic about showing us the different products that we felt like we had made new friends after leaving the store. We weren’t even planning on stopping there but it was a highlight of the trip.

the sets on display were incorrectly presented, the swings from the playground set along with the letter truck, and the price of the letter truck was indicated. The Duplo series is represented mainly by simple sets, which was a little disappointing. The seller tried to help, but waiting a week is too long in the modern world. It's cheaper on Amazon and you don't have to wait a week. When you go to the original Lego store, you want to see something completely different; the company should reconsider its policy regarding offline sales.

Lego store is always fun. Could easily spend a couple of hours here. Very friendly staff. If anything, it was really crowded and I wish the store was a lot bigger.
