Stopped in just to learn more about what’s available. Skyler spent a ton of time with us, answering are multiple questions, making us feel really welcomed and valued even though he knew we were window shopping. Such classy service in a wonderful store with multiple opportunities to try out all the mattresses to find one right for us. Bonus points for being the only mattress store we visited that offered protective covering for when we laid in the bed.

It was such a pleasure meeting Opal at the Tysons Corner Tempur-Pedicure store. Her customer service was top notch. She took her time to explain the benefits and features of each of the mattresses. I highly recommend visiting Opal and purchasing your next Tempur-pedic. Thank you Opal!!

My husband and I currently have the adapt hybrid but after 5 years the foam cracked.We went into the TempurPedic Flagship store at the Tysons location and met Skyler Clark. He was amazing!!! He was incredibly knowledgeable and his friendly demeanor was welcoming. He approached me right away with his warm smile and friendliness that made me feel comfortable rather than attacked like other companies do.I really appreciated the care he took to speak with me about my needs for a mattress with regards to my back issues but he genuinely cared about my husband’s comfort too so that we could find a mattress that worked best for both of us.I loved the attention for cleanliness with covering the floor models with covers as we tested out the mattresses. This was the first time I’ve seen such attention to personal care.With Skyler’s help, I was able to find the new mattress my husband and I need. Can’t wait for its delivery!!!

Went into the store this weekend looking to buy the right mattress for my wife and I. Reggie and Opal were extremely helpful in finding the right one and answering all of our questions. They were great to work with and appreciate all of their help during our time in the store. They have also made it known they are there to answer any questions we may have with our bed. Definitely recommend this store!!

We bought a bed with Reggie!!! We are so excited for our new mattress and Reggie helped us pick out the perfect one. He was patient with our questions, very knowledgeable about the different models, and gave us unbiased opinions about the products. We went to four other mattress stores in the mall and five stores total and went with TempurPedic. We can’t wait to try out our first night on the new bed and are very grateful to Reggie for all of his assistance. When we came back for the second time in a day to actually make the purchase, Opal helped us out as well She was also extremely knowledgeable and didn’t pressure or hurry us when we wanted to try a couple of models out again. Overall we were so pleased with our experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a new bed.

Ordered my Matress in May and asked for delivery date for July 13 and manager Obu and salesperson Sharika Covington convinced me that yes you will definately receive it on time and you are moving anyways after 2 months blah blah blah... I moved in today and nothing is delivered and called the customer service they said we dont have any information in system and called the Mclean office 3 times Manager Obu said we will call you back and waited 2-3 hours for call and finally called and said your order was not released from store and we are JUST sorry about it.I threw away my old matress in the morning when i was moving and next delivery will be between 2-8 days and thats it. They will not do anything else. Dont understand how is it possible to buy something for almost 7000$ and what a service. For 10 days i have to sleep on the floor WITH MY FAMILY...WHAT A SERVICE!!!Stay away from these people they are nice untill they get you sign the contract, later on they dont care. OR IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SLEEP ON THE FLOOR GO AHEAD AND ORDER IT NO WORRIES ;)

We wandered in looking for a new mattress and were lucky enough to have Opal help us. She was energetic and informative. She showed us multiple options, and explained the differences between each one. It was actually quite a relaxing experience, I could have taken a nap! At one point, she even turned on rain music for us, put our feet up, and let us think about what choice to make.

Opal was fantastic. I spent many years working in the bed industry and was happy with her knowledge about the beds and all the new technology. Super excited to receive our new Tempurpedic! This will be the second one we own and we still have our original (and it’s still in great condition).
