I love Swarovski. I started gifting myself Swarovski on my birthdays. Recently I bought a bracelet and a 2 set chain. I was in love with both of them. Last week I realized that I lost my chain which I brought for my birthday.?? I wish I wishhhhhh I get another pair of same chain. ?

My favorite store when I’m at Tyson’s mall. I always make a trip here! Not just because of the jewelry, but also because the staff is very pleasant and nice. Shoutout to Mia for always going above and beyond when I feel like I want to indulge in jewelry from time to time. Ask for Mia the next time you go!

It was my first time in the store I always walk by Swarovski I never been in it until today and I was amazed by there stuff is amazing not only that I meat Sara she came over to me and asked me if I need help and she’d took the time and explained to me everything about the store she were very friendly very lovely you lady, and the Manager came over to check on me also unbelievable people so nice very welcoming what a great customer service I will all the stores have nice people like Sara and Samar Saab the Manager really good people and the quality of their products is amazing so good we have to support the local so they can stay open please go and check it out.

Now I see why there are so many negative comments about customer service.I used to be the Swarovski store at Montgomery mall. They could repair or exchange my necklace. Today I stopped by this location, the person who worked here didn’t even check the bracelet and told me they don’t do any repair service.Go other locations if you need to buy anything. Not this location.

The Assistant Manager, Liudmila, is incredibly rude, uneducated, and disrespectful. She has horrible customer service and does not know how to process returns. Long story short, I bought a ring and was told I couldn’t return it because I used Apple Pay, although I gave the specific card I used through Apple Pay: I walked in the store yesterday to make a return of a ring (the ring had the original packaging, box, receipt, and bag) that I had less than 14 days. Additionally, when I walked in both employees were talking with each-other and did not acknowledge me until I said, “excuse me”. When I asked to make a return, the first employee said it was too late to return it because it was after the 2 weeks, when it wasn’t. I had to correct the lie she said... I bought the ring on October 13th and went for the return yesterday, October 25th. When using Apply Pay, the number changes on the transaction to secure the payment through the bank, which is what all retail employees and managers should know(I worked in retail as well). The employee, including the Assistant Manager Liudmila, did not want to take the return at all and that was extremely inappropriate. My physical card was present, so there should not have been such a problem. If I used Apple Pay, the system should show that and which card. My name was evidently on the receipt and my physical card, which should be proof enough that it is legitimate. To put the cherry on the cake for this horrible experience, when I asked for the Assistant Managers name (Liudmila) she said it very quietly and only gave me the last 4 letters of her name. I only figured out her name from my receipt! Never doing business here again and neither should anyone else! Just read the other reviews of customer experience at this location for more clearance not to shop here.

I called the store before I came to confirm I could return an online purchase and to make sure they had the piece I was looking for. The manager Summer, I believe her name was very nice and remembered our conversation from the day before. She also confirmed corporate has reached out about my concern. She showed me the pieces i recently purchased via online and let me try them on. Let me say this I went in to purchase nothing just return a ring, I walked out with some beautiful earring cuffs, just like the photo.

I stopped by the store to pick up an online order today (02/09/2021). A younger employee was counting the money in her cash register in plain view; I worked in retail and I have never ever done this before. So tacky and unprofessional to have money laying around like that. You go to the back, out of the view of customers. An older woman came and asked for my order number. I also had brought a bracelet I was hoping to exchange for a smaller size. That same lady told me that they did not have it. I told her I had checked online beforehand and that it showed they had it in stock. She changed her narrative and said they had already packed and sent everything back to corporate. I sensed she was being dishonest. I just stood there waiting for her to complete my pickup when she nodded to the bag in front of her and told me to just take my bag and I was done. She could not even hand it to me, signaling the transaction was over. Her mannerism was so disrespectful!! I will not return to that store - ever.

Awful customer service! They will lie just to get you stuck with their stuff and refuse to take exchanges or returns. Stay away from this store. What a dishonest company. Will be sure to spread the word.

Bought a necklace a few months ago and many of the gems have been falling out, I emailed customer service support asking if I could get it repaired (they have a 90 day thing where you can bring it in and have it replaced/fix). I got a very delayed reply (maybe 3 weeks after I first emailed) saying that I could have it replaced, when I got around to responding I got another email saying my request was solved/closed yet I haven't gotten a replacement or any directions on how to get the process going. Awful service, I was looking forward to buying more pieces here but once I saw that their customer service was low quality and they do not care, I'm not giving them my business anymore.

Very disappointed in their customer service. Came in to see if they could do anything about my ring set that I purchased with all the original packaging that had a stone missing and I was told that it was a ‘very old’ piece that they could do nothing about. After expressing that I was surprised they couldn’t do anything, they told me that ‘at the end of the day, it was fashion jewelry’. I was under the impression that this company had better quality products and service, but I guess not.
