Workers were rude. I was Christmas shopping with my sister and it was obvious we got treated with less respect because of our younger age. They tended older women before us. We didn’t even get greeted.

Beautiful lingerie with very generous selections. When I went in, I didn't think they would have my size but surprisingly they did and the bras fit beautifully. I will be purchasing more from there very soon.

This store has the best manager and sales associates. They were super helpful. They found me the right size and recommended some items that I was very happy with. I will definitely shop again here as I had the best shopping experience.

Each and every time I shop at a Soma store, I feel the same. At ease and listened to. Purchasing lingerie, particularly bras, can be very stressful but not at a Soma store. Highly recommend.

Each and every time I shop at a Soma store, I feel the same. At ease and listened to. Purchasing lingerie, particularly bras, can be very stressful but not at a Soma store. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I gave this store a try within a year and the attitude of the staff is still very bad. Whole bunch of sales associates walking around and doing nothing hut not willing to help. Last year I called and talked to someone who supposedly was supposed to talk to management and follow up but obviously didn’t happen. If it was not because of the sale I would never walk into this store again.

I was in dire need for a new comfortable bra. I was tired of wires poking into me causing discomfort and redness. I've tried Victoria Secret and intimissimi and both gave me this discomfort. Then I walked into SOMA, where I was greeted with friendly service. I was approached and I mentioned this was my first experience with them. They got me into a fitting room where a Bra Specialist came and took my measurements and brought back at least eight different types of bras. After trying on all I can say I found my HOLY GRAIL!!! Comfort, softness, structure, quality, and pain free!!! I am an absolute fan of this lingerie shop! As I was at the check out I was downloading their app!

I’d completely forgotten until I passed them in the mall that few people recommended Soma when I mentioned needing new bras following nursing two babies and losing weight.Their store is so inviting, the employees were super nice - the fitted me and found the PERFECT bra for me based on my needs and lifestyle! I’ve never WANTED to wear a bra in my life but this fit is phenomenal! When I return to donate the many oversized bras I have at home, I’ll be getting even more! They even told me about a no ride panty they had - which I can’t wait to try!Soma has a repeat customer in me!! Thank you ladies for making this a great experience

Janelle was wonderful and so helpful! I came in for a bra fitting and didn’t have a lot of experience in different types of styles, but Janelle went above and beyond in picking out several options, showing me how each was best worn, and double checking each bra’s fit with me. She made this experience amazingly easy and I came away with everything I needed.

The stores has a great range of sizes, but the best part are the wonderful, helpful people who work here. I was at my wit’s end (I am a G now after weight gain) and had such a hard time finding well supporting bras. The ladies of Soma were incredibly kind and helpful. Can’t recommend enough!!

Amazing service. Y'all need to give Ashley a raise--she is making you money with her above and beyond customer support! Best service in a store in ages. She discussed sizing options with me and offered to order things that were out of stock for free home delivery. I was looking for pjs for a family member having shoulder surgery and she had advice on that too
