Takes a long time to get an associate to talk to. Then they tell you that the purchase agreement when you got your phone isn't what the associate said when you signed the contract. I'm not buying any more Apple products despite loving them.

Came here looking for something special and ended up finding something my wife would wear once in a blue moon. These items are not cheap and THEY ARE NOT refundable. They are made with sarwoksky chrystals and if a stone falls out, I was told by them to bring the item back and they will replace the item. The ladies were helpful when I bought the hair accessories from them. If you like uniqueness and colorful things (especially purple) then this is the place for you.

There were about 15 people, mostly guys, wearing blue, dark and some light blue including the customers. I had to approuch one of the staff to ask for help, rather than vise~versa. He was trying to show off that he knows, rather than helping me. Then, he asked me to make an appointment with a tech. I asked him, which of these guys was a tech. He said, the one with blue!!!! I told him everyone is wearing blue, he kept repeating few times; then to clarify, he said dark blue!!! There were 5 of people wearing all dark blue!!! Now that I think about it, was he on drugs!!!! The other guy with the blue was not useful either.... Of course nothing was done. Any mission will never be accomplished by snobby, lazy, no common sense, or stupid staff.

I wanted to relay the excellent customer service Daniel Deitch provided. My phone was very unresponsive, and Daniel was very supportive and explained the process of what he was doing very well. We also talked about the cost of upgrading if need be or also replacing my 5c with the same model. Unfortunately, he was unable to resolve the issue, but during the downloading period, he engaged in friendly conversation. I shared with him that I was just laid off earlier today. After
