“Normally a smooth sailing transaction but nobody's perfect, and sometimes slip-ups happen. I ordered a bunch of 24" x 36" and 11" x 17" prints. They were delivered promptly that afternoon, however, I noticed one set of the 24" x 36" was incomplete. I called them up about this and the shop sounded surprised that it was missing but they promised to print and deliver to me today. Fingers crossed. REJOINDER: prints were delivered the next day which was still okay.”

Michael is extremely responsive, super-helpful, and refreshingly quick and affordable. “William was first and foremost very friendly,informative instructing me on how to go about getting what I needed done on the proper site.I was carefully updated step by step on what he was doing and where he was on my project.He was fast in getting the project finished.The biggest headache I had was who would I get to install the signs.When he said he do installation as well.That was the end of my headache.He made the signs as well as installed them.Out of all this the price for the job as a whole was reasonable.William was wonderful to work with.”

I unfortunately did not have my return label cut out of the paper and when I offered to do it if he let me borrow some scissors he said he'd take care of it himself, which not many other places have done.
