I had the most wonderful experience with Marianne. She did a beautiful job with the color, styling and layering of my hair. She was so kind, meticulous, and careful. When there was a section that i wasn't the biggest fan of, she fixed it no problem and without a fuss.

I scheduled my appointment for March 14th And I arrived on time. Jean did not provide great customer service for whatever reason. I explain to him what I wanted and he was very argumentative about it. He later on agreed to give me the haircut that I wanted but it did not turn out great I decided not to express my distaste for it because he seem to be very hostile. Jean Paul is very capable and creative hairdresser. The service was friendly and fast and my hair was noticed by my friends and passersby. It made me feel younger and attractive. Great job. I will be back soon.

I noted your 3 empty spaces. I chose to park there and locate your business as a potential customer. Punitive punishment by defacing my vehicle is indicative of an angry person I would never do business with.I parked in one of their many open spaces today. Just moved back to this county and relearning the area. A quick run into Chase Bank. Could not locate a Jean Paul business but returned to my car and saw a orange neon sticker on my driver side window informing me I had broken the law by parking there. A punitive price, defacing the driver side window as the sticker will need a professional detailer to remove it. Take lessons from Fairfax county traffic enforcement and place the ticket loosely under the windshield wiper. Are you in the “customer prevention business?” —-I could have used a haircut.

RE: previous review by JB Aguil - I’m not sure what a parking spot has to do with HAIR… but if we’re reviewing his hair services, I’d say that my best haircuts have been from Salon Jean Paul. I’ve experimented with quite a few hair styles and I’ve always been complimented on them. Maybe you should get actual services done at Salon Jean Paul and then leave a proper review :)Service: Haircut

I was recently verbally accosted by one of the employees for mistakenly parking in one of their slots. Incidentally there where several open slots in front of the business . He came running out of the office yelling and cursing “where are you going?” at the top of his lungs. Screaming at me and running toward me. I am an elderly woman of color and of late find this kind of behavior has become increasingly accepted. however as a business owner myself I would be appalled to find myself or one of my employees treating anyone this way as we all know , everyone is a potential customer. When selecting a business it is important at we put our best foot forward even if the person does not appear to be one of our potential customers . You never know.

I will be honest i am a guy so i don't typically go to salons for a haircut but Mr. Henry Mont is a real excellent gentleman, professional and very kind hearted. He is very passionate about what he does and takes his job extremely to the heart. Most places you go to they may just give you a quick haircut and just charge you whatever they want but Mr. Mont will take the time and care into everything he does. Its just really really awesome and i cannot say enough great things about Mr.mont and his salon. Saying that he gives great service and haircuts is putting it lightly. Thank you so so much!!!
